本实用新型属于医院产科医疗器械，一种子宫腔压力止血囊。该止血囊分作两组结构，一组结构有一个椭圆形球体状的止气囊，该气囊的下端逐渐变细呈管状，末端安装有可以阻止气流回流的止逆阀及竹节状的充气接头；另一组结构有一个椭圆形的输气囊，作输气用，它的一端连接有一根硅橡胶长管，长管的另一端连接有对接头及细气管，此接头可与充气接头配合对接，长管的一侧，顺序安装有气压表及气压调节阀。使用时将止血囊1置入子宫腔内，向止血气囊内充气，迫使止血气囊压迫子宫内壁，以达到止血的目的。采用上述方案，提供了一种作用迅速安全可靠无创伤的止血器械。

本实用新型属于医院产科医疗器械，一种子宫腔压力止血囊。
背景技术
目前，在产科领域，常见滞产，产程延长及有妊娠并发症，合并所致，子宫过度膨胀，子宫收缩乏力，引起产后大出血危急病症。常见的抢救措施为子宫收缩剂运用、子宫腔填塞纱条等方法，对于以上治疗，效果不佳，甚至必须施行手术切除子宫，方可达到止血目的，目前还没有很好的解决办法。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服已有治疗技术的缺点，提供一种作用迅速安全可靠，无创伤的止血器械。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该止血气囊包括止血气囊1、止逆阀2、充气接头3、细气管4、气压表5、气压调节阀6及输气囊7七部分，其特征是：该实用新型分作两组结构，一组结构有一个椭圆形球体状的止气囊1，该气囊1的下端逐渐变细呈管状，末端安装有可以阻止气流回流的止逆阀2及竹节状的充气接头3；另一组结构有一个椭圆形的输气囊7，作输气用，它的一端连接有一根硅橡胶长管8，长管8的另一端连接有对接头9及细毛管4，此接头9可与充气接头3配合对接，长管8的一侧，顺序安装有气压表5及气压调节阀6。使用时将止血囊1置入子宫腔内，使充气接头3与对接头9连接，不断压缩输气囊7，向止血气囊1内充气，使止血气囊充分膨胀，压力表显示达到15～20mmHg压力，迫使止血气囊1压迫子宫内壁，形成张力，使出血血管收缩关闭，逐渐形成血栓，以达到止血的目的，此时脱开对接头9，止逆阀2关闭，保持止血气囊气压不变，将止血囊管状部分及接口置于阴道窟窿处，经过一段时间观察，证明子宫不再出血，从阴道窟窿处，取处止血气囊管状部分，用手挤压充气囊接头3，放出气体，取出气囊，止血过程终止。
其有益效果是：由于采用上述方案，提供了一种作用迅速、安全、可靠、无创伤的止血器械。

具体实施方式
在图中，止血气囊1为一个采用优质硅橡胶材料制成的椭圆形气球，要求球壁柔软而有弹性，其逐渐变细的长管及充气接头，要求过度圆滑、柔软。
在图中，气压表5为接在长管上的小型表，要求对气压反应灵敏、精确。
在图中，气压调节阀6是控制长管8气流的小阀，通过转动旋钮即可精确调节进气量，通过气压表来显示出来。
