本实用新型公开了一种子宫内出血止血装置,主要具有一个气管[1],气球[2],气球外面的吸液层[3]和最外面的止血层[4],其特征在于气管[1]的末端通过放气阀[6]连接一个具有单向阀[7]和[9]的皮球[8]。其优点是该装置通过空气加压,使得止血层[4]靠近出血部位,其表面涂敷的止血药迅速渗透到创口和其周围止血,而已经流出的血液及其他液体则渗透到气球外面的吸液层内被吸附。皮球[8]可以直接操作对子宫内出血施加压力,可以提高抢救的效率和减少抢救的时间。

本实用新型属于医疗器械,进一步说是一种子宫内出血止血装置。
背景技术
对于妇产科的子宫出血,特别是大出血,一般采用液体加压的止血球,在实施手术的时候,需要临时领取液体盐水,挂吊瓶,由于中间环节较多,有时候就要耽误很多时间,从而贻误了快速抢救的时间,甚至导致抢救无效。为了解决这个问题,本实用新型的设计人做了认真地研究,提出了本实用新型的发明目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是为了克服目前妇产科存在的抢救子宫大出血患者由于需要液体、挂吊瓶等中间环节繁多而耽误时间的问题和不足而提出来的。即本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种子宫内出血止血装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样实现的,该子宫内出血止血装置,主要具有一个气管[1],气球[2],气球外面的吸液层[3]和最外面的止血层[4],其特征在于气管[1]的末端通过放气阀[6]连接一个具有单向阀[7]和[9]的皮球[8]。
本实用新型的有益的技术效果是:该装置通过空气加压,使得止血层[4]靠近出血部位,其表面涂敷的止血药迅速渗透到创口和其周围止血,而已经流出的血液及其他液体则渗透到气球外面的吸液层内被吸附。皮球[8]可以直接操作对子宫内出血施加压力,可以提高抢救的效率和减少抢救的时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图中给出的实施例,对本实用新型的结构和使用进行详细说明。参照附图,该装置主要具有一个气管[1],气球[2],气球外面的吸液层[3]和最外面的止血层[4],气管[1]的末端通过放气阀[6]连接一个具有单向阀[7]和[9]的皮球[8]。可以按照附图中所示,将前部的止血球做成一次性的,通过接头5连接更换。使用时,将气球[2]导入子宫出血位置,然后立即捏动皮球[8],此时皮球内的压缩空气通过单向阀[7]进入到气管[1]然后使的气球[2]膨胀,当松手以后,单向阀[7]关闭,单向阀[9]打开,皮球[8]内进气,然后进入下一轮向气球[2]内挤压空气,直到气球达到完全膨胀,止血层[4]接触出血创面,其上的药物发生作用,实现止血的目的,吸液层[3]吸收多余的血液和其他液体。当止血手术完成以后,将放气阀[6]打开,气球[2]内的压缩空气被排出来,就可以将止血装置的气球从子宫内取出来,完成一次止血手术。
