一种铅酸蓄电池用的铜网镀铅板栅。解决了现有的铅酸蓄电池,多采用铅板栅作为负极重量重,内阻大,放电电流低的问题。采用铅极耳、汇流排与铜网铸为一体;在铜网的侧边缘安装塑料边框,在铜网的底边缘安装塑料底托;在所说的铜网上镀有铅层和活性物质层。优点在于,用铜作栅板则可以利用其优良导电性能,减少栅板本身的电阻,也即减少了电池内阻,使电池电性能得到提高;电池比能量将获得提高;可使电池运行时温度较低,从而使电池寿命增加1倍。

本实用新型为一种铅酸蓄电池用的铜网镀铅板栅。
背景技术
现有的铅酸蓄电池,多采用铅板栅作为负极,因为铅的价格低于铜,然而在同样面积的情况下,铜板栅质量只是铅铸板的1/4-1/3;铅板栅重量重,内阻大,放电电流低。为了减小内阻,提高放电电流,并延长电池寿命,所研制的铜板栅多处于试用阶段。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,解决上述现有技术中所存在的问题,提供一种延长电池寿命的铜网镀铅板栅。
本实用新型是这样实现的:铅极耳、汇流排与铜网铸为一体;在铜网的侧边缘安装塑料边框,在铜网的底边缘安装塑料底托;在所说的铜网上镀有铅层和活性物质层。
本实用新型的优点在于,在铜网的侧边缘安装塑料边框,在铜网的底边缘安装塑料底托;可防止电极下角或有毛刺的部位的尖端极效应以及进入电液中的Cu2+对电池的伤害。用铜作栅板则可以利用其优良导电性能,减少栅板本身的电阻,也即减少了电池内阻,使电池电性能得到提高;铜栅板的另一优点是利用铜密度(8.9g/cm3)比铅密度(11.3g/cm3)小,电池比能量将获得提高;再一点是由于铜栅板的优良导电性能,可使电池运行时温度较低,从而使电池寿命增加。根据试验,一般情况下电池温度为55℃时,电池寿命约600次循环;若电池温度为25℃时,电池寿命则可达2000次循环,铜栅板电池温度很低,电池寿命比普通电池可增加1倍。
