本实用新型涉及一种电池,特别是一种动力型锂离子电池。
背景技术:
锂离子电池的迅猛发展,大功率、高能量的动力型锂离子电池将逐步取代传统的铅酸及镉镍、镍氢动力电池。目前的动力型锂离子电池的极板组采用的是叠片式结构,而叠片式结构在生产过程中,极板成型及处理工艺实现较困难,容易造成电池内部微短路、低电压,以及叠层结构变形,且不易特别是工业化批量生产,严重制约着动力型锂离子电池的制造及应用。
发明内容:
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是设计一种动力型锂离子电池用的极板组,其制造工艺比较成熟,生产效率高,产品质量稳定。本实用新型的技术方案是,一种动力型锂离子电池,它包括极板组,其特征在于:极板组由至少两个并列的卷绕式极板组构成,各卷绕式极板组上至少设有一个集流体,极柱与集流体相连接。本实用新型由于采用了卷绕式极板组,其卷绕工艺比较成熟,具有产品质量稳定和生产效率高适合工业化批量生产的优点。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的动力型锂离子电池,外壳4内并列有若干个极板组1,极板的宽度等于极板组的高度,其长度由电池的性能参数确定。将极板卷绕成圆形或者矩形后,对其加工成为附图中的极板组形状。极板组上的集流体2与极柱3连接。
