Abstract

一种网兜,包括经线、纬线及收口部,经线交叉分布交织编织;由交叉处起,分段布置纬线,经线穿过纬线的穿孔,经线交叉编织,网眼的经边由相相邻经线卷绕而成。经线为整根贯穿网兜分布,那么就可以解决现有技术中网线承受力分布不均的情况。

本实用新型涉及一种网兜。
                             背景技术
目前所用的网兜有的是从兜底圈开始编织;有的由平网卷拢后,在一端收口形成网兜。这几种网兜,底部有收口结构,盛装重物后,易造成底部收口的破裂;同时,网兜的经线之间没有相互卷绕,造成相邻经线间相互滑动,易形成缺口;由于每一根经线都止于上收口与底部收口,所以经线不能将承受力均布,盛装一定份量物品时容易破损。
                             发明内容
一种网兜,包括经线、纬线及收口部,其特征在于经线交叉分布交织编织;由交叉处起,分段布置纬线,经线穿过纬线的穿孔,经线交叉编织,网眼的经边由相相邻经线卷绕而成。经线为整根贯穿网兜分布,那么就可以解决现有技术中网线承受力分布不均的情况。
上述的网兜,其特征在于所述的每段纬线为一根,纬线重复在纬线段上扎绕两周。
上述的网兜,其特征在于所述的收口部由收口线、收口边组成,其中收口边为相邻经线的端部连接而成,收口线依次穿过收口边编织固定。将相邻相根经线的端部连接作为收口边是最简单连接方法,而用收口线连接收口边,使收口方便易操作。
述的网兜,其特征在于所述的收口部由收口线、收口边组成,收口边分为至少二组收口边组,多根相邻经线作为一组向外编织再由相邻的经线的端部连接而成一组收口边组,收口线依次穿过收口边编织固定。收口边分组,这样网兜就形成花瓣形的开口,相对整圈的开口而言,花瓣形开口可以张开更大的角度,从而可以装填更大体积的物品。
上述的网兜,其特征在于所述的收口线为一根,收口线在收口部重复扎绕两周。重复扎绕增加了收口部的强度。
上述的网兜,其特征在于所述的经线呈六角形交叉。六角形的交叉形状比较稳定。
上述的网兜,其特征在于在六角形交叉口的对边穿入加强经线。加强经线提高网兜的装载能力。

                          具体实施方式
实施例1:
参照附图,一种网兜,包括经线1、纬线3及收口部,经线呈六角形交叉分布;由交叉处起,分段布置纬线,每段纬线为一根,纬线重复在纬线段上扎绕两周;经线穿过纬线的穿孔后交叉编织,网眼的经边由相相邻经线卷绕而成。收口部由收口线、收口边组成,其中收口边为相邻经线6、7的端部连接而成,一根收口线2依次穿过收口边扎绕两周编织固定。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1不同的是,本实施例中的收口部由收口线、收口边组成,收口边分为多组收口边组,多根相邻经线作为一组向外编织再由相邻的经线的端部连接而成一组收口边组,比如5、6、7经线作为一组收口组,收口线依次穿过收口边编织固定。
实施例3:
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例在六角形交叉口的对边穿入加强经线4,加强经线同样穿过纬线的开孔,与相邻经线卷绕编织。

Claims (7)

1、一种网兜,包括经线、纬线及收口部,其特征在于经线交叉分布交织编织;由交叉处起,分段布置纬线,经线穿过纬线的穿孔,经线交叉编织,网眼的经边由相相邻经线卷绕而成。
2、如权利要求1所述的网兜,其特征在于所述的每段纬线为一根,纬线重复在纬线段上扎绕两周。
3、如权利要求1所述的网兜,其特征在于所述的收口部由收口线、收口边组成,其中收口边为相邻经线的端部连接而成,收口线依次穿过收口边编织固定。
4、如权利要求1所述的网兜,其特征在于所述的收口部由收口线、收口边组成,收口边分为至少二组收口边组,多根相邻经线作为一组向外编织再由相邻的经线的端部连接而成一组收口边组,收口线依次穿过收口边编织固定。
5、如权利要求3或4所述的网兜,其特征在于所述的收口线为一根,所述的收口线在收口部重复扎绕两周。
6、如权利要求1所述的网兜,其特征在于所述的经线呈六角形交叉。
7、如权利要求1所述的网兜,其特征在于在六角形交叉口的对边穿入加强经线。
