Abstract

蚊香边料破碎及输送装置，涉及破碎机械，它是由机架、传动装置、螺旋桨、U型筒组成，常规螺旋桨输送机的螺旋桨前半部桨叶制成缺口断续的螺旋桨叶。边料进入该机后，被缺口断续桨叶破碎，同时也被推进输送。该机结构简单、合理、功效好，同时完善了蚊香机自动化生产线。

Description

蚊香边料破碎及输送装置
技术领域：本实用新型涉及破碎机械，特别适用于蚊香自动化生产线上的边料破碎回收自动化作业。
现有技术：目前蚊香机自动化生产线由挤出机、粗料输送带、压片成型机、片料输送带、冲压成型机、成型料输送带组成。由冲压成型机冲压的成品自动由成型料输送带送走，但冲压后的边料皆为人工收集、破碎再倒入挤出机的料斗与新料混合再进入生产线，无法实现全自动化，而且人工破碎、回收劳动强度大。而常规的螺旋桨输送机由机架、动力传动机构、螺旋桨、U型筒组成，只能输送不能破碎。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺陷，提供一种边料破碎及输送装置，完善自动化生产线。
本实用新型的方案是：螺旋桨输送机的螺旋桨前半部桨叶为缺口断续的螺旋桨叶。
本实用新型的优点在于利用常规螺旋桨输送机改造成具有破碎、输送双重功能，同时完善了蚊香机自动化生产线。

实施例：本实用新型由机架(1)、动力传动机构、螺旋桨、U型筒(2)组成，将常规螺旋桨输送机的螺旋桨前半部桨叶制成缺口断续的螺旋桨叶。动力传动机构可以是独立的，由电动机、传动装置组成，也可以由蚊香机生产线上其它动力通过传动装置接入螺旋桨主轴。
工作时，片料从冲压成型机一侧的边料输送带送入该机U型筒(2)的上方，边料则落入螺旋桨前半部的缺口断续螺旋桨叶(3)部位，则边料进入缺口断续螺旋桨叶(3)的缺口处，被不完整螺旋桨叶(4)打碎，而不完整螺旋桨叶(4)又呈立体斜弧状，对边料起着推进作用，且在推进过程中，各个不完整桨叶不断对边料再次破碎、推进。当被破碎的边料被推进到螺旋桨后半部时，则被完整的螺旋桨叶送入碎料输送带，进而碎料被输送到挤出机料斗与新料混和进入再加工。
本实用新型结构简单合理，功效好。
