本实用新型为一种阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症诊断试剂盒，主要由盒体(1)，盒体(1)内的蛇毒免疫调节因子(SVIRF)(2)，配套试剂(3)组成。用于诊断阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症，该试剂盒结构简单，操作方便，诊断准确率高，敏感性好，成本低，对设备要求不高，准确诊断率在92％以上。

阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症诊断试剂盒
本实用新型属于一种用于诊断阵发性血红蛋白尿症的试剂盒。
现有的阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿诊断是采用糖水试验、Ham试验，流式细胞检测法等，虽都能诊断阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症，但都存在有一些不足之处，不足之处主要表现在，糖水试验、Ham试验操作烦琐，糖水试验特异性不高，Ham试验敏感性不好。虽然流式细胞检测法诊断准确率高，但是流式细胞检测法价格昂贵。并且目前还没有一种相应的诊断试剂盒。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症诊断试剂盒。
本实用新型方试剂盒的方案是1，由盒体(1)，盒体(1)内的蛇毒免疫调节因子(SVIRF)(2)，配套试剂(3)组成。2，由盒体(1)，盒体(1)内的蛇毒免疫调节因子(SVIRF)(2)，配套试剂(3)及辅助用品(4)组成。所述的配套试剂(3)为由AB型血清构成的配套试剂(3)。所述的辅助用品(4)为说明书。
本实用新型的效果是这样的，阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症(PNH)是由于骨髓干细胞受损导致造血细胞生成缺陷二造成的一种血液疾病。其异常涉及红细胞、血小板、粒细胞与淋巴细胞等。PNH患者的缺陷红细胞常对活化的补体敏感，而导致溶血。蛇毒免疫调节因子(SVIRF)能特异激活补体，导致补体活化。基于这两方面的原理，该试剂盒具有操作简便、诊断准确率高、敏感性好、成本低、对设备要求不高的优点。对PNH的准确诊断率在92％以上。其使用方法是这样的，1，采患者静脉血(枸橼酸抗凝)0.5～1ml，用生理盐水洗涤三次，在配成2％的红细胞悬液。2，取试管(10ml)3只，按下表加入标本试剂：

3，各管离心5分钟(2000转/分)。4，于分光光度计415nm处测各管的光吸收(A)。5，计算：溶血度(％)＝(A1-A2)/A3X100。6，临床意义：正常参考值为溶血度小于5％，溶血度大于5％表示患者有PNH的可能。

1、一种阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症诊断试剂盒，其特征在于由盒体(1)，盒体(1)内的蛇毒免疫调节因子(SVIRF)(2)，配套试剂(3)组成。
2、一种阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症诊断试剂盒，其特征在于由盒体(1)，盒体(1)内的蛇毒免疫调节因子(SVIRF)(2)，配套试剂(3)及辅助用品(4)组成。
3、如权利要求1，2所述的阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症诊断试剂盒，其特征在于所述的配套试剂(3)为由AB型血清构成的配套试剂(3)。
4、如权利要求2所述的阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症诊断试剂盒，其特征在于所述的辅助用品(4)为说明书。
