Abstract

本实用新型涉及电气工具的电夹携带与保护装置;设置一个能容纳电夹的空心盒体,盒体的外侧设置一个向上开口的轴套槽;盒体上部两侧的内边缘设置一对对称的手型印卡位;盒体内倒置电夹;电夹由两个上部设有半圆形导线孔,中部设有手型印,底部内设置一组用螺钉、螺母固定的铜钳齿片,左、右相互对称的空心左胶柄和右胶柄组成;每个胶柄手型印下部的内侧设置一对对应的轴套;每个轴套的中心设置一个同心轴孔;用一根铆钉穿过同侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔之后,穿过一条弹簧轴心,再穿过另一侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔将其铆固;由手型印与手型印卡位紧配合固定电夹;左胶柄、右胶柄、电夹盒采用塑胶材料制作;具有放置整洁,使用方便,易于携带等优点。

本实用新型涉及电气工具的电夹携带与保护装置。
背景技术:
常见的电极夹导线散乱,不便放置。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种使用方便,易于携带的电夹盒。
发明内容:
设置一个能容纳电夹的空心盒体,盒体的外侧设置一个向上开口的轴套槽;盒体上部两侧的内边缘设置一对对称的手型印卡位;盒体内倒置电夹;电夹由两个上部设有半圆形导线孔,中部设有手型印,底部内设置一组用螺钉、螺母固定的铜钳齿片,左、右相互对称的空心左胶柄和右胶柄组成;每个胶柄手型印下部的内侧设置一对对应的轴套;每个轴套的中心设置一个同心轴孔;用一根铆钉穿过同侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔之后,穿过一条弹簧轴心,再穿过另一侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔将其铆固。
由手型印与手型印卡位紧配合固定电夹。
左胶柄、右胶柄、电夹盒采用塑胶材料制作。
本实用新型具有放置整洁,使用方便,易于携带等优点。

实施方式:
设置一个能容纳电夹16的空心盒体1,盒体1的外侧设置一个向上开口的轴套槽14;盒体1上部两侧的内边缘设置一对对称的手型印卡位15;盒体1内倒置电夹16;电夹16由两个上部设有半圆形导线孔12,中部设有手型印4,底部内设置一组用螺钉9、螺母7固定的铜钳齿片3,左、右相互对称的空心左胶柄8和右胶柄5组成;每个胶柄手型印4下部的内侧设置一对对应的轴套13;每个轴套13的中心设置一个同心轴孔11;用一根铆钉10穿过同侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔11之后,穿过一条弹簧2轴心,再穿过另一侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔11将其铆固。由手型印4与手型印卡位15紧配合固定电夹16。左胶柄8、右胶柄5、盒体1采用塑胶材料制作。盒体1与所用设备的壳体采用扣挂方式连接。
导线6一端连接铜钳齿片3,另一端自线孔12引出至电源内部电池。使用毕,将电极夹收入电夹盒1中。一般此类装置都是正、负两个电极配对使用。左胶柄、右胶柄、电夹盒可采用塑胶材料制作。

Claims (3)

1、一种电夹盒,其特征在于:设置一个能容纳电夹的空心盒体,盒体的外侧设置一个向上开口的轴套槽;盒体上部两侧的内边缘设置一对对称的手型印卡位;盒体内倒置电夹;电夹由两个上部设有半圆形导线孔,中部设有手型印,底部内设置一组用螺钉、螺母固定的铜钳齿片,左、右相互对称的空心左胶柄和右胶柄组成;每个胶柄手型印下部的内侧设置一对对应的轴套;每个轴套的中心设置一个同心轴孔;用一根铆钉穿过同侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔之后,穿过一条弹簧轴心,再穿过另一侧左、右胶柄同心轴孔将其铆固。
2、如权利要求1所述的电夹盒,其特征在于:由手型印与手型印卡位紧配合固定电夹。
3、如权利要求1、2所述的电夹盒,其特征在于:左胶柄、右胶柄、电夹盒采用塑胶材料制作。
