本实用新型涉及一种自行车上使用的手机风能充电架。包括外壳,所述外壳前方是扇叶,所述扇叶通过细轴与外壳内部的发电装置固定;所述外壳内部是发电装置和输出电路。所述输出电路包括整流、滤波、稳压电路。所述发电装置连接输出电路后,再经开关与手机充电口相接;所述外壳上方是手机固定结构,所述固定结构包括夹板,所述夹板通过弹簧轴与外壳连接。固定结构下方是下挡板,充电口位于下挡板正中;所述外壳后方是开关;所述外壳下方是整个充电架与自行车的连接钢圈。所述连接钢圈通过螺栓螺母来与自行车固定。该实用新型不仅能方便骑车时进行导航等手机操作,更能让骑行爱好者在野外手机没电时及时充电,可适用于不同型号大小的手机。

背景技术
随着经济与科技的发展,物质生活日益得到满足,从而更多的人们开始追求运动爱好和健康的身体,户外骑行自然受到许多人们的青睐;并且为了节能减排,越来越多的人们选择自行车出行。同时,在信息化的今天,手机也成为每个人离不开的电子产品。那么人们在骑行的过程中,手机如何放置,能否在骑行时方便的进行导航等操作都成为需解决的问题。然而在骑行的过程中,难免遇到手机没电,更或者在野外骑行,手机通讯设备更加重要时,手机却因没电而关机,周围又没有电源。若发明一种小巧简单、拆装携带方便的装置能解决上述问题,将会给人们生活带来更大的便利。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种自行车手机风能充电架。
本实用新型的技术方案:
该自行车手机风能充电架,包括外壳(2)及内部发电装置和连接钢圈(3)。外壳(2)上方斜切面是手机固定结构,外壳(2)将电路装置与手机固定结构结合成一个整体。自行车手机风能充电架是通过骑车时产生的风能带动扇叶(1)作旋转运动,从而带动外壳(2)内部电路运转,经过手机充电口(8)对手机进行充电。外壳(2)上方斜切面与手机背面接触处安装有齿形橡胶垫(7)。弹簧轴(6)通过传递力矩给夹板(5),再通过夹板(5)将手机压在外壳(2)的上方斜切面上。连接钢圈(3)内一面安有防滑橡胶垫圈(4),通过螺栓螺母连接来与自行车固定。
有益效果:该充电支架利用骑车时候的风阻来对手机进行充电,方便实用。不仅能固定不同大小、型号的手机,方便使用者操作查看,而且在自行车上也拆卸取放自如,并且结构小巧简单,制造容易。

具体实施方式
如图1,该支架利用自行车行驶过程的风阻使扇叶2作旋转运动,带动外壳2内的线圈做切割磁感线运动,从而产生电流,电流经过整流、滤波、稳压电路,再经开关,通过手机充电口8对手机进行充电。在外壳2上方斜切面上,装有齿形橡胶垫7用来减小骑车过程中手机的震动和防止手机上下滑动。弹簧轴6内为较高弹性系数弹簧,掰开夹板5对准充电口8放上手机后,弹簧轴6产生较大力矩通过夹板5夹紧手机,手机紧贴外壳2上方斜切面和齿形橡胶垫7,从而达到固定效果。再用四组螺栓螺母通过图2所示的八个通孔将连接钢圈3与自行车龙头的钢管固定,连接钢圈3内一面是防滑橡胶垫圈4,防止整个装置的滑动。

1.一种自行车手机风能充电架,包括外壳(2)及内部发电装置,其特征在于:外壳(2)上方斜切面是手机固定所在面,外壳(2)将电路装置与手机固定结构结合成一个整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行车手机风能充电架,其特征在于:弹簧轴(6)通过传递力矩给夹板(5),再通过夹板(5)将手机压在外壳(2)的上方斜切面上,能用于固定不同大小的手机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自行车手机风能充电架,包括连接钢圈(3),其特征在于:连接钢圈(3)内一面安有防滑橡胶垫圈(4)。
