电阻丝电热暖足器
本实用新型涉及一种电阻丝电热暖足器。
目前,人们所使用的电热暖足器系采用卤素管电热取暖方式,消耗功率较大,顶部敞开结构,调温保温效果不理想。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种消耗功率小,热源均匀,取暖效果好,调温保温性能佳,安全性能可靠的电阻丝电热暖足器。
本实用新型是这样实现的:它由拆卸式保温罩、导线、调温开关(含整流二极管Dz、发光二极管Dg、降压电阻R、档位开关K等)、电源线、插头、电阻丝、绝缘底座、薄垫等组成,外表形状与鞋子相似。采用木质底座时须经干燥、浸漆等绝缘处理。在底座上按“S”形来回布置电阻丝,一般单人型消耗功率为30~50W,多人型(2~4人)为50~80W,并用薄垫包蒙对电阻丝加以固定和保护。电阻丝与导线牢固焊接,接头处加绝缘护套,调温开关设在导线与电源线间,离底座较近处,以操作方便为宜。电源线一端与调温开关相连,另一端与插头连接。保温罩为了洗涤保洁制成可拆卸形式,拆卸式保温罩由纤维面套、保温棉、纤维绒内衬,以及拆装收口橡皮筋等组成。本实用新型组装完备后其绝缘电阻值应不小于10兆欧。接通电源,由调温开关控制电阻丝消耗功率,从而调控暖足器温度达到足部取暖保温之目的。

下面结合附图详细描述本实用新型的实施例。
拆卸式保温罩[1]由纤维面套[1-1]、保温棉[1-2]、纤维绒内衬[1-3]等组成,其形状类似棉鞋帮,但宽度较大,根据不同要求可容纳一双足或多双足。绝缘底座[7]与拆卸式保温罩[1]相配制,电阻丝[6]按“s”形来回分布在绝缘底座[7]上,根据规格要求设置相应阻值的电阻丝[6],并通过薄垫[8]加以固定和保护。导线[2]与电阻丝[6]牢固焊接,接头处设绝缘护套,导线[2]的另一端与调温开关[4]连接,电源线[3]一端接调温开关[4],另一端接插头[5]。插上插头[5],将调温开关[4]拨至直通档,此时电阻丝[6]消耗功率最大,温度最高;将调温开关[4]拨至整流二极管电路一端,由于整流二极管的作用,消耗功率减半,温度相应降低。合理调控调温开关[4]能使取暖保温效果达到理想状态。
本实用新型能耗少,取暖保温效果好,结构简单,成本低廉,重量轻,使用方便,特别适用于寒冷季节人们学习、办公、看电视、棋牌娱乐时对足的取暖与保温。

1、一种电阻丝电热暖足器,其特征在于采用了电阻丝作为发热元件,热源均匀稳定,调温简单,所述的拆卸式保温罩[1]呈鞋帮状,由纤维面套[1-1]、保温棉[1-2]、纤维绒内衬[1-3]等组成,它与绝缘底座[7]通过橡皮筋收口进行结合与分离。绝缘底座[7]上设电阻丝[6]及薄垫[8],电阻丝[6]的引线通过导线[2]连接调温开关[4],电源线[3]一端与调温开关[4]相连,另一端接插头[5]。
2、如权利要求1所述的电阻丝电热暖足器,其特征在于它有单人型和多人型(2~4人)数种规格,所述的多人型分布形状有“-”和“十”两种类型。
