Abstract

一种水下荧光计探头,本实用新型有探头主体,光电接收装置,以及设置在透镜组前后的水密窗口与激发光源,其特征是由电源供电的激发光源是均匀固定在圆盘上的若干发光二极管,该发光二极管的波长为430mm,且发散角很小,以适应海水中工作环境。因此本实用新型是仅对已有荧光计探头的光源进行改进,将已有的脉冲氙灯光源以专门设计的半导体发光二极管列阵替代,从而使激发光源体积大大减小,使荧光计仪器整体体积减少1/4以上。并将荧光计的功耗大大下降,仅为原先的1/5以下。同时也使整体电路的噪声水平有显著下降,大大提高了信噪比,使水下荧光计能应用于叶绿素含量更低的海域。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种荧光计传感器,具体地说是一种水下荧光计探头。
技术背景
已有在水下现场实时、快速、连续、大面积检测的荧光计探头,通常采用脉冲氙灯为激发光源、耗能多、体积大、需专门配置大能量高电压的脉冲电源,因此也使整个荧光计的信噪比低,难以测量低限探测量,如探测含量较低的叶绿素海域中的叶绿素等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服已有技术的不足,提供一种灵敏度高、体积小、重量轻的一种水下荧光计探头。
本实用新型有包括壳体等的探头主体,光电接收装置,以及设置在透镜组前后的水密窗口与激发光源,其特征是由电源供电的激发光源是均匀固定在圆盘上的若干发光二极管,且作为发光器件的发光二极管应选择发射波长为430mm。
因此,本实用新型是仅对已有荧光计探头的光源进行改进,将已有的脉冲氙灯光源以专门设计的半导体发光二极管(LED)列阵替代,从而使激发光源体积大大减小,使荧光计仪器整体体积减少1/4以上。荧光计的功耗大大下降,仅为原先的1/5以下。同时也使整体电路的噪声水平有显著下降,大大提高了信噪比,使之探测低限能够达到更低的水平,使荧光计可应用于叶绿素含量较低的海域。

具体实施方式
如图1,本实用新型有探头主体7,光电接收装置1,以及设置在透镜组3前后的水密窗口2与激发光源4,其特征是由电源6供电的激发光源4是均匀固定在圆盘5上的若干发光二极管8,且作为发光器件的发光二极管8应选择发射波长为430mm,以适应海水中工作环境。且在技术上保证每支LED的发光发散角很小,仅为8°左右,以便于整体光的汇集,即经由透镜组3使光准直在测试区A并保证足够的激发光强度。通常激发光源4是固定在圆盘5上的多个发光二极管8以多层同心圆均匀排列,作为示例之一,图2是19支LED布列的示意图。

Claims (2)

1、一种水下荧光计探头,有探头主体(7),光电接收装置(1),以及设置在透镜组(3)前后的水密窗口(2)与激发光源(4),其特征是由电源(6)供电的激发光源(4)是均匀固定在圆盘(5)上的若干发光二极管(8),且作为发光器件的发光二极管(8)选择发射波长为430mm。
2、如权利要求1所述的水下荧光计探头,其特征是上述激发光源(4)是固定在圆盘(5)上的多个发光二极管(8)以多层同心圆均匀排列。
