(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固封极柱,主要用于电力系统设施的保护和控制装置。
(二)背景技术
目前普遍使用的固封极柱,绝缘筒都是圆柱形,为了减小绝缘筒尺寸,保证绝缘爬电距离,都在绝缘筒内设计了伞裙,由于设置了内置伞裙,浇注脱模非常困难,而且对于设计模具提高了难度,增大了制造成本,出模周期长。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型解决了现有固封极柱出模周期长、制造成本高、脱模困难的缺点,提供了一种制造成本低、出模周期短、生产效率高的固封极柱。
为此,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
一种固封极柱,包括上出线座、真空灭弧室、环氧树脂绝缘体、封闭罩、连接组件、下出线座,真空灭弧室嵌装于环氧树脂绝缘体中,所述的环氧树脂绝缘体的下半部分设有锥形的绝缘筒。
所述的绝缘筒内设有螺旋式伞裙。
本实用新型结构简单,把绝缘筒设计为锥形,而且,筒内伞裙设计为螺旋式结构,这样,降低了制造成本,减少了出模周期,提高了生产效率。

一种固封极柱,包括上出线座1、真空灭弧室2,环氧树脂绝缘体3、封闭罩4、连接组件5、下出线座6,真空灭弧室2嵌装于环氧树脂绝缘体3中,所述的环氧树脂绝缘体的下半部分设有锥形的绝缘筒7,所述的绝缘筒内设有螺旋式伞裙8,这样,当需要脱模时,只需将绝缘筒内的模具逆时针旋转30度即可脱模。

1、一种固封极柱,包括上出线座、真空灭弧室、环氧树脂绝缘体、封闭罩、连接组件、下出线座,真空灭弧室嵌装于环氧树脂绝缘体中,其特征在于:所述的环氧树脂绝缘体的下半部分设有锥形的绝缘筒。
2、如权利要求1所述的固封极柱,其特征在于:所述的绝缘筒内设有螺旋式伞裙。
