本实用新型涉及到一种过滤技术，尤其是指一种有皱褶的过滤装置。
背景技术
卧式多功能过滤机因其既能用作反应釜、又能用来进行过滤和干燥而深受用户喜爱。这种机械通常有一卧式筒体，在筒体上设置夹套式盘管，筒体的上部为过滤室，有时也用作真空室。筒体内的内转件为空心轴，并装有多个空心盘，空心盘上按照搅拌耙齿，以保证搅拌时的物料无死角。
在现有技术中，在筒体的外缘安装一个过滤装置，该过滤装置通常为平板形式，生产时，往往因该过滤装置的处理能力不够而影响到整个过滤机的生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种过滤装置，由于这种过滤装置呈曲折状，在同样空间内，增加了过滤面积，提高了过滤效率。
其主要技术方案是：过滤支撑架呈曲折形，在过滤支撑架的表面包覆滤布，在过滤支撑架上开设贯通孔。
过滤支撑架安装于滤液收集罩内，在滤液收集罩的一侧设置安装用的法兰，另一端设置滤液出口。
本实用新型的优点是由于过滤支撑架呈曲折形，与原来的单纯平面信相比，在同样的空间下，增加了过滤面积，从而提高了过滤机的处理效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示：过滤支撑架2呈曲折形，在过滤支撑架2的表面包覆滤布(3)，在过滤支撑架2上开设贯通孔。过滤支撑架2安装于滤液收集罩4内，在滤液收集罩4的一侧设置安装用的法兰1，另一端设置滤液出口5。
工作时，物料从过滤装置的上部往下流，堆积在过滤支撑架2的滤布3上后，物料中的液体因受压而向滤布3穿透，穿透出的滤液再穿过过滤支撑架2上的贯通孔，流入滤液收集罩4的下部，再通过滤液出口5排出。

1、一种过滤装置，其特征是过滤支撑架(2)呈曲折形，在过滤支撑架(2)的表面包覆滤布(3)，在过滤支撑架(2)上开设贯通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是过滤支撑架(2)安装于滤液收集罩(4)内，在滤液收集罩(4)的一侧设置安装用的法兰(1)，另一端设置滤液出口(5)。
