Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种铁合金不锈炊具锅。有薄板制成的锅体，锅体上可有把手，锅体薄层是由上、中、下即铝铁合金层—钢板层—铝铁合金层复合结构而成，与现有锅具比是集轻便，不锈蚀、无污染、导热好、易清洁、耐用于一体的新型炊具锅。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型属于炊具制造新材料技术领域，特别涉及一种铁合金不锈炊具锅。
背景技术 目前炊具锅大体选用以下几种材质，一是铸铁锅，较笨重，且难以清洁，薄钢板制造，耐蚀性差，使用寿命短，不能存放食品；铝制品，铝元素易诱发老年痴呆症；不锈钢制品，有重金属污染，导热性能差，易糊锅；有些搞了一些涂层，但不坚固，怕硬铲，涂层寿命短。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足，提供一种轻便耐蚀性优良、无污染、导热性好，使用寿命30年以上，易清洁的铁合金不锈炊具锅。
本实用新型炊具锅有薄板制成的锅体，锅体薄板是由上、中、下三层材料复合而成的，其特征在于构成锅体的薄板复合材料中薄钢板为基体，表面为铝铁合金层，厚度为20～250微米，结构顺序为铝铁合金层—薄钢板层—铝铁合金层。
本实用新型炊具锅耐高温锈蚀相当于18-8不锈钢；表面硬度高HV≥500，是18-8不锈钢HV≥200的2-3倍；抗磨性是铬的2倍，是铁的10倍，是纯铝的几十倍，导热系数80W/m℃以上，是18-8不锈钢的5倍，是铁锅的近2倍，不怕磕、不怕撞击、不怕烧干锅、烧红锅、易清洁，是集多种优点于一身的新型炊事锅具，满足了锅具的全部使用要求。

具体实施方式 图1、图2中铁合金不锈炊具锅有薄板材料制成的锅体1，锅体上有把手2，锅体薄板是由上、中、下三层材料3、4、5复合而成，三层材料分别是薄钢板层4和铝铁合金层3、5。
图3为煎锅形状的锅，把手6固定在锅体7上，锅壁材料结构也如图2所示，有薄钢板层4和铝铁合金层3、5。
图4、图5分别为电饭锅内锅形状8和农村大铁锅形状9的实施例，锅壁材料也如图2所示，有薄钢板层4和铝铁合金层3、5复合而成。
Claims (3)
1.一种铁合金不锈炊具锅，有薄板制成的锅体，其特征在于，锅体薄板为上、中、下三层复合构成，上、下两层材料是铝铁合金层，中间材料为薄钢板层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁合金不锈炊具锅，其特征是：所述铝铁合金层，每层厚度是20～250微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述，铁合金不锈炊具锅，其特征在于表面光滑明亮。
