Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种单面镀铝锅,有薄板制成的锅体,锅体上连有把手,锅体薄板材料有钢板基体,外表面有镀铝层,镀铝层的厚度为20~100微米,镀铝层有铝铁合金层和铝层。本实用新型和现有传统铁锅相比,可减少用钢1/4~1/2,制作省材,使用轻便;耐锈蚀,可提高寿命几十倍,铝涂层的高导热性是钢的5倍,加上钢基减薄,从而聚热快、散热匀、节约能源,使用时,轻便、耐用,内表面对人体有利而无一害,外表为无锈蚀无污染、易保持清洁。
Description
技术领域 本实用新型属于在炊具制造中,新材料技术领域,特别涉及一种单面镀铝锅。
背景技术 目前,中国传统铁锅大体选用两种材质,一种是铸铁,一种是薄钢板。铸铁锅较笨重,且难以清洁;薄钢板压制成型,耐腐蚀性能差,贴火焰一面极易锈蚀,另由于钢铁导热系数低,锅的聚热慢。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种锅:内表面为薄钢板;外表面极耐锈蚀,可提高使用寿命30倍以上,质轻、底薄、聚热快的单面镀铝锅。
本实用新型是由薄钢板及其外表面镀铝涂层所形成的复合材料构成的。其特征在于:锅体铝钢复合结构材料中,钢为基体,是锅的内表面(将与食物接触)外表面为镀铝层(将与火焰接触)厚度为20~100微米,镀层为晶体结合,结构顺序为钢板基体—铝铁合金层—铝层。
本实用新型和现有传统铁锅相比,可减少用钢1/4~1/2,制作省材,使用轻便;耐锈蚀,可提高寿命几十倍,铝(涂层)的高导热性(是钢的5倍)加上钢基减薄,从而聚热快、散热匀、节约能源,使用时,轻便、耐用,内表面对人体有利而无一害,外表为无锈蚀无污染、易保持清洁。

具体实施方式 图1、图2所示:锅为普通形状,把手2固定在锅体1上,A指锅体铝钢材料结构,图3是钢材单面镀铝锅体截面放大图,单面镀铝锅壁的材料结构有薄钢板基体层3,薄钢板层外面有镀铝层,薄钢板基体层外的镀铝层依次为铝铁合金层4,铝或铝合金层5。
图4、图5为另一种形状的锅,把手7固定在锅体6上,A指锅体铝钢材料结构,单面镀铝锅壁的材料结构也如图3所示,有薄钢板基体层3,薄钢板层外有镀铝层,镀铝层依次为铝铁合金层4,铝或铝合金层5。

1.一种单面镀铝锅,有薄板制成的锅体,其特征在于:锅体薄板材料有钢板基体,钢板基体外表面有镀铝层。
