本实用新型属于光电子学中集成光学的测试设备。
背景技术
目前,我国不少高等院校与科研机构开展了集成光学的教学与研究,但由于缺少专用仪器,光波导参数的测定只能停留在课堂的黑板上,却无法在实验室中演示论证。有的院校和科研单位为了做光波导参数的测定不得不用一些通用一起来搭配,这样每次测试都要做很复杂的调试,而且很难保证测量精度。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种光波导测试仪,解决了现有技术由于缺少专用仪器,光波导参数的测定只能停留在课堂的黑板上,却无法在实验室中演示论证和用一些通用一起来搭配,这样每次测试都要做很复杂的调试,而且很难保证测量精度等缺点。本实用新型采取的具体技术方案是:激光管2、偏振器3准直分束管4和测微转台7分别与导轨1滑动连接,夹持器5和接收器6固定在测微转台7上。本实用新型的工作过程是:用夹持器5中的输入,输出耦合棱镜将待测样品夹持在合适的位置,启动仪器,等激光器2发出稳定的激光束后,通过调整偏振器3改变激光束的偏振状态。准直分束筒4中的分光棱镜可以把夹持器5中的输入耦合棱镜的反射光分光到零位角接收器上。零位角接收器是准直分束筒4中的一个部件,该部件专门用来测零位角γ0。
本实用新型的优点在于:操作方便,m线演示直观,测试精度高,重复性好。
