Abstract

一种玻璃台面镀覆薄膜电极的人体成份监测仪,包括表面带有镀覆薄膜电极的玻璃测量台面、称重传感器以及电路、微处理器系统、体阻抗及水份测量电极及电路、显示器、键盘。被测者赤足在玻璃测量台面上站立,脚掌与镀覆薄膜电极相接触,测量人体重量、人体脂肪含量或水份含量等参数,便捷地应用于日常生活中对人体成分的测量。

一种玻璃台面镀覆薄膜电极的人体成份监测仪
技术领域  本实用新型属于测试技术领域,更进一步涉及一种玻璃台面镀覆薄膜电极的人体成份监测仪。
背景技术  通过测量人体生物电阻抗和相应的数学模型估算人体成份是一种简便可靠的实用性方法。如中国专利“带有人体脂肪含量测定功能的电子秤”(ZL00239320.4)所介绍的仪器,其测量台面为称量体重的秤盘的一部分,表面上装有电极,被测者赤足站在测量台面上测量时,被测者的脚底与电极接触,仪器内部电路即可通过电极测得被测者的人体阻抗,再将测量得到的人体体重、人体阻抗与输入被测者的身高、年龄参数由智能芯片进行综合判断即得到体内脂肪含量。它同时可以得到人体体重和体内脂肪含量两个参数。
中国专利“人体重量、体内脂肪含量和水份含量集成监测仪”(ZL01235598.4)则把人体成份的主要参数人体重量、体内脂肪含量和水份含量集成在一台整体式的监测仪上。
这些仪器的测量台面的结构均是在塑料材料外壳上表面安装金属片电极。其缺点是需要分别通过塑料模具和金属模具制造塑料外壳和金属片电极。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的在于提供一种玻璃台面镀覆薄膜电极的人体成份监测仪,使被测者赤足在玻璃测量台面上站立,脚掌与镀覆薄膜电极相接触,测量人体重量、人体脂肪含量或水份含量等参数,便捷地应用于日常生活中对人体成份的测量。
本实用新型包括表面带有镀覆薄膜电极的玻璃测量台面、称重传感器以及电路、微处理器系统、体阻抗及水份测量电极及电路、显示器、键盘。
本实用新型的基本原理是:当被测者赤足站在带有镀覆薄膜电极的玻璃测量台面上时,被测者的双脚分别与玻璃测量台面之上镀覆的体阻抗薄膜电极和容栅型电容薄膜电极相接触。通过体阻抗及水份测量电路输出的与体阻抗及从而测得与局部皮下组织介电常数相关的频率信号,从而测得体阻抗和局部皮下组织介电常数,同时通过称重传感器和电路测得人体重量。微处理器通过对人体重量、体阻抗和局部皮下组织介电常数以及从键盘输入的被测者性别、身高、年龄等数据进行运算可分别得到并显示人体重量、人体脂肪含量、人体总水份。

具体实施方式  参照图1,测量体阻抗的镀覆薄膜电极1和2以及测量局部皮下组织介电常数的容栅型电容薄膜电极3和4与体阻抗及水份测量电路10的端口相连,体阻抗及水份测量电路10与微处理器MCU系统9的两个端口相连。其中一个端口为微处理器MCU系统9的信号采集端口,另一个端口为微处理器MCU系统9对体阻抗及水份测量电路10发出切换指令的控制端口,用以切换体阻抗和局部皮下组织介电常数测量信号。称重传感器6的信号线与称重信号处理电路7相连,处理后的信号由称重信号处理电路7的输出端进入微处理器MCU系统9的一个端口。显示器5与微处理器MCU系统9的端口相联,键盘8与微处理器MCU系统9的端口相联。
参照图2,绝缘玻璃测量台面11上表面镀覆有具有一定表面积的两只薄膜电极1和2,两电极之间不导电。玻璃测量台面上表面镀覆有两组容栅型电容薄膜电极3和4。每组电极由等间距不相接触的两只电极组成,两只电极之间不导电,两组电极之间亦不导电。玻璃测量台面上设置有显示器5和键盘6。
参照图3,体阻抗及水份测量电路10为正反馈RC振荡电路。通过人体两脚掌与薄膜电极相接触,人体电阻抗Rm与体阻抗及水份测量电路10相联。通过人体脚掌与容栅型电容薄膜电极相接触,人体皮下电容Cm与体阻抗及水份测量电路10相联。体阻抗及水份测量电路10的输出端与微处理器MCU系统9的端口相联。
本实用新型的优点在于利用绝缘玻璃基底镀覆薄膜电极构成测量台面,既可利用玻璃的刚度支撑被测者的体重而无需其它金属台面构架,又可节约以往塑料外壳和金属电极板的开模具及制造费用。

Claims (3)

1.一种玻璃台面镀覆薄膜电极的人体成份监测仪,包括表面带有镀覆薄膜电极的玻璃测量台面、称重传感器以及电路、微处理器系统、体阻抗及水份测量电极及电路、显示器、键盘。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃台面镀覆薄膜电极的人体成份监测仪,其特征在于:绝缘玻璃测量台面上表面镀覆有具有一定表面积的用于测量体阻抗的两只薄膜电极,两电极之间不导电。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃台面镀覆薄膜电极的人体成份监测仪,其特征在于:绝缘玻璃测量台面上表面镀覆有至少一组用于测量皮下组织介电常数的容栅型电容薄膜电极,每组电极由等间距不相接触的两只电极组成,两只电极之间不导电,与其它电极亦不导电。
