Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种在碳钢、铸铁、合金钢基体的外表面覆盖的防腐涂层。它包括金属基体,在金属基体的外表面设有内合金层,在该内合金层的外表面依次覆盖有三氧化二铝层、过渡层和外合金层。所述金属基体为各种碳钢、铸铁、合金钢等金属材料;内合金层为铝铁合金、铁钛合金和铁硼合金层;过渡层为弥散有硼元素的弥散层;外合金层为铝和铝合金层。本实用新型具有优异的低、高温耐硫、耐环烷酸腐蚀性以及抗高温氧化、抗渗氢、抗渗碳等特性;由于金属基体通过内、外合金层与其接触的外界的腐蚀介质隔离,达到金属基体不被腐蚀的目的,可延长设备管道的使用寿命,降低生产投资成本保障安全生产的特点。

Description

防腐涂层
技术领域 本实用新型涉及一种层状结构,尤其是一种在碳钢、铸铁、合金钢基体的外表面覆盖的防腐涂层。
背景技术 随着我国炼油行业加工高含硫原油数量的增加,原油中的硫、硫化氢、二氧化硫等成分所产生的对设备和管道的腐蚀问题日益突出,以碳钢为主要材料制作的如换热器等冷换设备和有腐蚀介质的管道,存在电化学腐蚀、高温腐蚀而导致其过早报废,造成大量材料的浪费,增加生产投资成本及固定资产非计划流失和生产安全隐患。例如:对冷换设备而言在板材和管材内、外表面涂敷的有机高分子涂层存在着使用温度不高、结合力差、硬度低、耐磨性差、易老化、寿命短等的缺点。
 发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种防腐蚀性能良好的防腐涂层。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型防腐涂层包括金属基体,在金属基体的外表面设有内合金层,在该内合金层的外表面依次覆盖有三氧化二铝层、过渡层和外合金层。
所述金属基体为各种碳钢、铸铁、合金钢等金属材料。
所述内合金层为铝铁合金层、铁钛合金层和硼铁合金层。
所述过渡层为弥散有硼元素的弥散层。
所述外合金层主要为铝和铝合金层。
采用上述结构后,由于三氧化二铝层的片状组织结构形成的迷宫阻碍了腐蚀通道的形成,使腐蚀介质很难与金属基体接触;同时三氧化二铝熔点较高,既耐酸又耐碱,具有优异的耐蚀性和耐热性。在钢铁基体和三氧化二铝层之间的内合金层是由铝、钛、硼等元素扩散作用形成的内合金层,其作用是可将金属基体和三氧化二铝层获得最佳的界面结合和力学性能结合。位于三氧化二铝层外表面,弥散有硼元素的过渡层具有改善外合金层与三氧化二铝层之间的润湿性,增加层间的结合力。最外层的铝层具有填充三氧化二铝固定床气孔和封闭作用,可阻止与硫或硫化物等腐蚀介质的化学及电化学反应。
本实用新型的优点是:结构、制造简单,广泛应用于石油化工、化工等行业的冷换设备和有腐蚀介质的管道中,由于涂层与基体牢固地结合,使金属基体外表面与其接触的外界介质隔离,达到外表面不被腐蚀的目的,具有优异的低、高温耐硫、耐环烷酸腐蚀性以及抗高温氧化、抗渗氢、抗渗碳等特性;可延长使用寿命,节能降耗,降低生产投资成本的特点。

具体实施方式 如图1所示,本实用新型防腐涂层有金属基体1,在该基体的外表面有通过扩散作用形成的铝铁合金、铁钛合金及铁硼合金的内合金层2,在上述内合金层的外表面依次覆盖有三氧化二铝层3、弥散有硼元素的过渡层4、含有铝和铝合金的外合金层5。
在实际使用中,首先清除金属基体表面的颗粒状杂物,经碱洗除油、酸洗除锈,中和钝化处理;反应剂中熔融状态的铝封闭在三氧化二铝固定床中,固定床分布微量硼弥散相,起到对金属化合物及金属扩散相的“针扎效应”,金属基体与铝、二氧化钛经还原反应生成的钛金属及部分硼元素生成的铝铁合金、铁钛合金和铁硼合金分布在与金属基体与三氧化二铝层之间;铝和铝合金分布在最外层。

1、一种防腐涂层,包括金属基体(1),其特征是:在金属基体(1)的外表面设有内合金层(2),在该内合金层(2)的外表面依次覆盖有三氧化二铝层(3)、过渡层(4)和外合金层(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防腐涂层,其特征是:所述金属基体(1)为各种碳钢、铸铁、合金钢等金属材料。
3、根据权利要求1所述的防腐涂层,其特征是:所述内合金层(2)为铝铁合金、铁钛合金和铁硼合金层。
4、根据权利要求1所述的防腐涂层,其特征是:所述过渡层(4)为弥散有硼元素的弥散层。
5、根据权利要求1所述的防腐涂层,其特征是:所述外合金层(5)为铝和铝合金层。
