背景技术
现有的保温砖多为轻质材料实心砖或大孔砌块砖。实心砖保温效果较空心砖差;而大孔砌块砖,虽然保温效果好,但强度较差,易破损。
技术内容
本实用新型解决保温砖既保温效果好、又保持强度高、不易破损的技术问题。
本实用新型固体垃圾轻体空心保温砖的技术方案:砖体是以生活垃圾无机固废物、建筑垃圾粉碎的粒料和添加剂、粘合剂、水混合、经振动、挤压、成型的矩形立方体,其特征在于:在砖体上分布有40-80个小孔。
上述小孔最好为60个。
上述小孔的孔径为3-13mm。
上述砖体高105mm,宽42mm,长度227mm。
有益效果:可使固体废物垃圾资源化,避免滥挖粘土资源,减少林地破坏,利于环境保护。砖体多孔,经密孔抽心,既质轻又高强,不易破损,保温效果好。可用于建筑物保温。

具体实施方式
实施例如图1所示,固体垃圾轻体空心保温砖的砖体1是以生活垃圾无机固废物、建筑垃圾粉碎后形成的Ф3mm以下的粒料和添加剂、粘合剂、水混合、经振动、挤压、成型的矩形立方体,砖体高105mm,宽42mm,长度227mm。在砖体上分布有60个小孔2。小孔的孔径为3mm。
在其它实施例中,砖体小孔的数量可以在40至80个之间任选。小孔的孔径可以在3至13毫米之间任选。
固体垃圾轻体空心保温砖的生产过程:将生活垃圾中土石,建筑垃圾中土,水泥构件,砖瓦等经粉碎机破碎成Ф0-3mm大小的颗粒,并与添加剂、粘合剂、水溶液在混合机内进行物料混合,混合料经输送至制砖机料斗,进行成型。其成型方法是:60根直径3mm的钢钎从工作平台孔中由液压缸活塞顶出,模具内尺寸:高110mm,宽50mm,长度235mm,所生产的砌块砖与粘土砖规格相同,模具两侧长板固定在工作平台上,两端堵板随上压板一起落下,模腔同时开动高频震荡机,由安装在上压板的两个加料口进料,料满后上压板通过液压缸活塞压实,多余的料由加料口返回,开模过程:上提压板同时将两端堵板提起,液压抽出钢钎,出料液压缸活塞将砖坯推出,经养护干燥后,既得空心保温砌块砖。

1、一种固体垃圾轻体空心保温砖,砖体是以生活垃圾无机固废物、建筑垃圾粉碎后的粒料和添加剂、粘合剂、水混合、经振动、挤压、成型的矩形立方体,其特征在于:在砖体上分布有40-80个小孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的固体垃圾轻体空心保温砖,其特征在于:所述小孔的孔径为3-13mm。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的固体垃圾轻体空心保温砖,其特征在于:所述小孔最好是60个。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的固体垃圾轻体空心保温砖,其特征在于:所述砖体高105mm,宽42mm,长度227mm。
