本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池端部密封圈。
背景技术
现有的蓄电池端部密封圈,其圈体的外圆周壁下半部位为环形台阶,形成外径上部大下部小呈通孔瓶塞形状,使用时将环形台阶部位嵌入蓄电池外壳端部腔内,与外壳端部相套,再在外壳边沿部位上进行滚槽及顶端部滚封。采用这种形状的密封圈进行密封,通常密封效果差,环形台阶占用电池空间大、减少了电池容量,密封胶用量多,生产合格率低等,因而增加了成本费用,同时也缩短了电池使用期。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种端部密封效果好、用胶量少、滚槽占用电池空间小、能增大电池容量、生产效率高的蓄电池端部密封圈,其延长了蓄电池使用周期。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种蓄电池端部密封圈,包括一圆筒体,其所述圆筒体的外侧壁半腰处设有环形沟槽,环形沟槽与蓄电池外壳端部滚槽的向内凸起相嵌合,内侧壁上设有嵌入正极端子的环形台阶。
本实用新型结构简单、制作容易、装配方便,端部密封效果好、占用电池空间小、用胶量少、产品合格率高,降低了生产成本费用,延长了蓄电池使用周期。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例详述本实用新型。
如图1-2所示,本实用新型的蓄电池端部密封圈,包括一圆筒体1,其所述圆筒体1的外侧壁半腰处设有环形沟槽2,所述环形沟槽2与蓄电池外壳端部滚槽的向内凸起相嵌合,内侧壁上设有嵌入正极端子的环形台阶3。
其装配过程如下:先在圆筒体1的环形沟槽2内涂上少量密封胶,然后将其置入电池外壳端部内,使端部与其并齐,然后在对应于环形沟槽2的电池外壳部位上进行滚槽,使滚槽的向内凸起与环形沟槽2相匹配,并紧紧嵌合在槽内及胶的作用,使其接触嵌合部位达到密封,再将正极端子嵌入圆筒体1的内侧壁凹台阶3上并粘牢,最后进行端部滚封,这样完全保证了电池端部的密封,并减少了占用电池空间,延长了蓄电池使用寿命。

1.一种蓄电池端部密封圈,包括一圆筒体(1),其特征在于:所述圆筒体(1)的外侧壁半腰处设有环形沟槽(2),所述环形沟槽(2)与蓄电池外壳端部滚槽的向内凸起相嵌合,内侧壁上设有嵌入正极端子的环形台阶(3)。
