本实用新型涉及一种镍氢、镍镉、镍锌等圆柱形电池的拉伸钢壳。
背景技术
传统圆柱形电池使用直径为13.9mm、壁厚为0.2mm、高度为49.0mm的钢壳,该钢壳的生产大致流程依次为卷绕、滚槽、注液、封口。上述钢壳由于内部空间的限制,只能制作的容量低电池产品,导致高容量电池无法装配。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种圆柱形电池钢壳,它增大了钢壳内部空间,利于高容量电池制作。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型由以下的技术方案来实现。
一种圆柱形电池钢壳,其特征在于:该钢壳使用直径为13.9mm~14.5mm之间的任何尺寸,壁厚为0.10~0.2mm的任何尺寸,高度为49mm至51.5mm的任何尺寸,在钢壳头部0~10mm处进行拉伸,使底部壁厚比拉伸端的头部壁厚厚0.03~0.1mm。
所述的钢壳壳口部份壁厚增加。
本实用新型有益效果在于,采用本实用新型的电池钢壳,它减小头部拉伸端的钢壳壁厚,增大钢壳内部空间,利于高容量电池制作,为保证壳口滚槽时不会出现将钢壳滚穿,因此将钢壳壳口部份壁厚增加,将钢壳高度增高,利于高容量电池制作,而又通过后期处理将电池整形至相同高度。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细地描述。
如图1所示的一种圆柱形电池钢壳1,该钢壳1使用直径为13.9mm至14.5mm之间的任何尺寸,在本实施例中,钢壳1使用直径为14.1mm。壁厚为0.10-0.2mm的任何尺寸,高度为49mm至51.5mm的任何尺寸,在本实施例中,高度为51.2。采用上述尺寸的钢壳1后,在钢壳头部的0~10mm处进行拉伸,使底部壁厚比拉伸端的头部壁厚厚0.03~0.1mm。在本实施例中,拉伸端的头部所示壁厚为0.14mm。在本实施例中,钢壳1壳口部份壁厚为0.2mm,比壳身的壁厚增加,保证壳口滚槽时不会出现将钢壳滚穿。该钢壳的生产大致流程依次为卷绕、滚槽、注液、封口、墩封。该钢壳可用于镍氢、镍镉、镍锌等圆柱形电池上。

1、一种圆柱形电池钢壳,该钢壳使用直径为13.9mm~14.5mm之间的任何尺寸,壁厚为0.10~0.2mm之间的任何尺寸,高度为49mm至51.5mm之间的任何尺寸,其特征在于:在钢壳头部0~10mm处进行拉伸,使底部壁厚比拉伸端的头部壁厚厚0.03~0.1mm。
