本实用新型是应用在沙滩车倒档用换向机构。
背景技术
现有的沙滩车没有换向机构,实际应用中很不方便,经常在出现路障的情况下,驾驶员只能下车推行绕开;有时车陷入沙坑更难行驶。
发明内容
本实用新型克服上述已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种沙滩车倒档用换向机构。沙滩车倒档用换向机构,发动机输出轴1花键连接主动齿轮2,主动齿轮与内齿轮4通过轴承及挡圈3转动连接;内齿轮与链轮5固定连接;输出轴联接套6固定连接发动机输出轴;输出轴联接套6通过轴承组件19与壳体8转动连接;行星齿轮三角板7与输出轴联接套6转动连接;行星齿轮组件14固定在行星齿轮三角板7上;推杆控制套10活动连接在壳体8上,定位销11与拨叉推杆9固定连接,拨叉推杆9在推杆控制套10内移动;拨叉推杆9与行星齿轮三角板7活动连接;制动法兰17固定在壳体上,与行星齿轮三角板7保持移动距离;摇臂13固定在推杆控制套10上,复位扭簧12一端固定在壳体8上,另一端固定在摇臂13上。
壳体上固定有软轴座15,软轴座连接软轴。
本实用新型的工作原理是,发动机输出轴将动力传给主动齿轮,带动行星齿轮三角板组件转动,此时,行星齿轮和内齿轮同步转动。最后动力由内齿轮上的链轮输出;主动齿轮和内齿轮转向一致。当驾驶员手拉操纵软轴时,则软轴拉动推杆控制套摇臂旋转90度,带动推杆控制套转动,使行星齿轮三角板拨叉推杆后移,行星齿轮三角板组件脱开主动齿轮与制动法兰啮合,此时行星齿轮三角板组件不旋转,行星齿轮只起过渡作用,所以主动齿轮与内齿轮的转向相反,达到了倒档的目的。
本实用新型采用行星齿轮的结构,体积小,承载大,扭矩大,耐冲击;由于本换向机构直接安装在发动机的输出轴上,故安装方便;换向采用拨叉移动换向,钢丝软轴手动操作,扭簧自动复位,因此操作简便,换向可靠耐用;本实用新型采用了封闭形式,其内腔始终保持清洁和润滑,极大减少了各齿轮接触面的磨损;各转动部分均安装各类滚动轴承,极大地减少了运转功率的损耗和各接触面的磨损,保障了其运转的平稳性,同时降低了机械噪声。本实用新型的结构保证了换向机构的工作稳定性、可靠性和实用性,使沙滩车的使用更为方便、安全。

沙滩车倒档用换向机构,发动机输出轴1花键连接主动齿轮2,主动齿轮与内齿轮4通过轴承及挡圈3转动连接;内齿轮与链轮5通过螺栓连接;输出轴联接套6固定连接发动机输出轴;输出轴联接套6通过轴承组件19与壳体8转动连接;行星齿轮三角板7与输出轴联接套6转动连接;行星齿轮组件14固定在行星齿轮三角板7上;推杆控制套10活动连接在壳体8上,定位销11与拨叉推杆9固定连接,拨叉推杆9在推杆控制套10内移动;拨叉推杆9与行星齿轮三角板7活动连接;制动法兰17固定在壳体上,与行星齿轮三角板7保持移动距离;摇臂13固定在推杆控制套10上,复位扭簧12一端固定在壳体8上,另一端固定在摇臂13上。壳体上固定有软轴座15,软轴座连接软轴。堵塞18固定在推杆控制套10上。螺钉主件16固定在发动机输出轴的顶端。

1、一种沙滩车倒档用换向机构,其特征在于发动机输出轴(1)花键连接主动齿轮(2),主动齿轮与内齿轮(4)通过轴承及挡圈(3)转动连接;内齿轮与链轮(5)固定连接;输出轴联接套(6)固定连接发动机输出轴;输出轴联接套(6)通过轴承组件(19)与壳体(8)转动连接;
行星齿轮三角板(7)与输出轴联接套(6)转动连接;行星齿轮组件(14)固定在行星齿轮三角板(7)上;推杆控制套(10)活动连接在壳体(8)上,定位销(11)与拨叉推杆(9)固定连接,拨叉推杆(9)在推杆控制套(10)内移动;拨叉推杆(9)与行星齿轮三角板(7)活动连接;制动法兰(17)固定在壳体上,与行星齿轮三角板(7)保持移动距离;摇臂(13)固定在推杆控制套(10)上,复位扭簧(12)一端固定在壳体(8)上,另一端固定在摇臂(13)上。
2、按照权利要求1所述的沙滩车倒档用换向机构,其特征在于壳体上固定有软轴座(15),软轴座连接软轴。
3、按照权利要求1所述的沙滩车倒档用换向机构,其特征在于堵塞(18)固定在推杆控制套(10)上。
4、按照权利要求1所述的沙滩车倒档用换向机构,其特征在于螺钉主件(16)固定在发动机输出轴的顶端。
