Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种竖炉半无焰式高炉煤气燃烧器。主要由燃烧器本体和火道二部分组成,燃烧器本体由煤气送入装置和配风器构成。所述煤气送入装置的本体为长扁形空心体,出口处为渐缩形喷嘴,配风器的出口同样为渐缩形,其渐缩形角度大于喷嘴的渐缩形角度,煤气和空气都以高速直流喷至炉墙处开设的蓄热火道内进行混合、点燃、燃烧。这种结构可避免形成局部强回流区,避免造成燃烧器阻塞。其长的火道具有蓄热作用,使煤气热值及压力波动时仍能保证燃烧稳定。其燃烬程度高,燃烧效率高达99%以上。经过三年以上在多台竖炉上的实践,证明其性能良好,可长期稳定运行。竖炉燃烧室出口烟气含氧量在4%至6%之间,满足了生产工艺对氧化气氛的要求。该结构具有广阔的开拓前景。

Description

竖炉半无焰式高炉煤气燃烧器
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃烧器,特别是涉及一种竖炉半无焰式高炉煤气燃烧器。
二、背景技术
竖炉是冶金钢铁工业的主要设备之一,竖炉所采用的燃料一直为高炉煤气或发生炉煤气。目前国内竖炉所采用的燃烧设备均为涡流环缝式燃烧器。由于高炉煤气的热值低、含尘量大、水份高,故而在运行中经常发生燃烧器出口堵塞,致使燃烧稳定性下降,通常在竖炉燃烧室出口烟气含氧量大于4%的条件下,竖炉就无法保证连续长期可靠运行。
三、发明内容
针对存在的上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供这样一种竖炉半无焰式高炉煤气燃烧器,它可以保证在煤气热值不低于2700KJ/Nm3、煤气含水量不高于100mg/m3的条件下达到稳定燃烧。在运行中燃烧室出口烟气含氧量≥4%。煤气含尘量≥20mg/m3的情况下,燃烧器出口处仍不会出现堵塞现象,从而保证了该燃烧器在用于竖炉中在燃用高炉煤气或发生炉煤气时,能够长期地稳定运行。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采取了如下技术措施:燃烧器内装有煤气送入装置,其本体为长扁形空心体,出口处为渐缩形喷嘴。煤气送入装置的外部为配风器,其出口同样为渐缩形,并且其渐缩的角度大于喷嘴的渐缩角度,使煤气和空气都以直流高速喷至长扁形蓄热式火道内进行强烈混合、点火、燃烧再一并流入竖炉燃烧室内进行燃烧。
这种燃烧器的主要优点:
1.蓄热式火道的通道长,既可保证煤气和空气沿通道进行良好的混合,又可利用火道蓄热,使煤气易于稳定燃烧,使火焰在氧化气氛下达到长期可靠稳定运行。
2.煤气和空气均为高速直流送入,无局部强回流区,即使煤气含尘量较高,炽热的灰粒子也不会被卷吸至燃烧器出口处,从而减少了燃烧器被堵塞现象。
3.为防止煤气泄露,所有可拆卸的连接接口处均采用密封水线,燃烧器本体出口部分采用耐高温金属材料。蓄热火道采用耐高温材料砌筑。
4.燃烧器在竖炉燃烧室上呈轴向切向布置,使火焰在竖炉燃烧室内充满度好,并获得最大的燃烧空间,有利于燃气的充分燃烬。

如图1、图2所示:该燃烧器装于竖炉燃烧室(6)的炉墙(4)上,燃烧器内装有煤气送入装置(1),外部为配风器(2)。装置(1)的本体为立式长扁形空心体,煤气出口处为渐缩形喷嘴(5)。配风器(2)的出口同样为渐缩形,其渐缩的角度大于喷嘴(5)的渐缩形角度。煤气和空气都以直流高速喷至装于炉墙(4)内的长扁形蓄热式火道(3)内进行混合、点火、燃烧,再一并流入竖炉燃烧室(6)内。在配风器(2)内沿宽度装有两个以上煤气送入装置(1)。五、具体实例
按本结构制造的燃烧器已经在济南钢铁集团总公司球团厂1号、2号、3号竖炉及冶钢集团东方钢铁有限公司的竖炉上成功地得到应用。经过三年以上的实际运行考验,该燃烧器具有点火容易、燃烧稳定性好、燃烬率高等优点,彻底解决了原涡流环缝燃烧器燃烧不稳定和被灰堵塞问题,竖炉燃烧室出口烟气含氧量在4%~6%之间,保证了生产对燃烧产物的氧化气氛要求,获得了连续长期可靠运行的业绩。

Claims (2)

1.一种竖炉半无焰式高炉煤气燃烧器,主要由燃烧器本体及火道(3)两部分组成。燃烧器本体由内装的煤气送入装置(1)和套于其外部的配风器(2)所组成,其特征在于:所述送入装置(1)的本体为立式长扁形空心体,煤气出口处为渐缩形喷嘴(5),配风器(2)的出口同样处为渐缩形,其渐缩的角度大于喷嘴(5)的渐缩形角度,使煤气和空气都以直流高速喷至装于炉墙(4)内的长扁形蓄热式火道(3)内进行混合、点火、燃烧再一并流入竖炉燃烧室(6)内。
2.如权利1所述的煤气燃烧器,其特征在于:配风器(2)内沿宽度装有两个以上煤气送入装置(1)。
