调控式上喷型节水龙头，在出水道(3)的前端设置一个节流阀(4)，将出水道(3)的外端设计成一个方向向上的出口。在阀体(2)上开有一阀芯孔(6)，该阀芯孔(6)与出水道(3)相交叉。节流阀(4)通过插入阀芯孔(6)与阀体(2)紧密配合。出水道(3)的出水口可以连接一个蓬头(5)。本实用新型与现有单一向下出水的龙头及双水道上下都能出水的龙头相比较，明显具有节水效果、结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉的优点。

调控式上喷型节水龙头
技术领域：本实用新型属于日用水阀结构技术领域。
背景技术：现有的宾馆及家庭用水龙头结构有两种，一种是仅有一个向下的出水口，水直接经过水道通往出水口，这是最为普通的一种水龙头。另外还有一种阀体呈双水道结构，一个为下出水道，另一个为上出水道。上出水道连接一个蓬头，水经上出水道后直接向上喷出，便于人们洗面使用，且卫生和节水。这两种龙头，前者用途单一，不方便洗面，后者结构复杂、生产成本高、操作也不太方便。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的正是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足之处而提供的一种既能向上喷水，又能控制水高度，结构简单，生产成本低的可调控式的上喷型节水龙头。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的：在龙头的出水道前端设置一个节流阀，将出水道的外端设计成一个方向向上的出口。在出水道的出水口可以连接一个蓬头。在阀体上开有一阀芯孔，该阀芯孔与出水道相交叉。节流阀通过插入阀芯孔与阀体紧密配合。

实施方案：阀体2在整体铸造时，便将出水道3的外端设计成出口朝上，该出水孔可连接一个蓬头5。在出水道3的前端从阀体2的一侧上开一个呈单边的阀芯孔6，将形状为圆柱体的节流阀4沿单边的阀芯孔6插入，其阀芯的进水孔及出水口分别与出水道3的前端及后端连接。调整节流阀4使其内部的两片陶瓷片相对运动所形成的通水孔大小改变，从而达到调控流量的目的。当打开主把手1时，水进入出水道3，调整节流阀4控制其出水量，在水压大小不同的各自环境中都能稳定或控制出水口的流量，达到节水的目的。且能保证在不同的楼层或环境下做到使用者一打开主把手(最大流量时)上喷头喷出的水流都达到理想的使用高度，方便用于洗面、洗手及漱口等，并保证使用安全，不至于喷洒到人的身上。本实用新型与现有技术相比较，明显具有节水效果、结构简单、使用方便、成本低廉的优点。

Claims (3)

1.调控式上喷型节水龙头，由主把手(1)、阀体(2)、出水道(3)组成，其特征是，在出水道(3)的前端设置一个节流阀(4)，出水道(3)的外端的出水口方向向上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节水龙头，其特征是：在阀体(2)上开有一阀芯孔(6)，该阀芯孔(6)与出水道(3)相交叉。节流阀(4)通过插入阀芯孔(6)与阀体(2)紧密配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节水龙头，其特征是：出水道(3)的出水口可以连接有一个出水头或蓬头(5)。
