Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种钻、铣床用工件分度机构,属于机械加工工装,是在钻、铣床的工作台下部竖向固定有电机,电机上部轴头在工作台内安装有谐波传动减速器,谐波传动减速器上端,与用轴承支承于工作台内的转轴固连,转轴的顶端,水平固定有联板。由于用被称为是无间隙传动的谐波传动减速器代替了原蜗轮蜗杆传动,因此对工件的分度准确,误差小,从而提高了被加工工件的加工精度。

本实用新型属于机械加工工装。
                        背景技术
现有的用于钻床或铣床工作台上,作为被加工工件的分度机构,如专利号为98220902.9、名称为数控微孔钻床的专利,其被加工工件分度是用电机带动蜗杆、蜗轮分度,通过控制电机转动,使蜗轮转动一定角度,连在蜗轮上面的水平联板亦转动一定角度,从而使在联板上装夹固定的工件分度定位。上述机构的缺点是,蜗轮蜗杆相啮合时有一定间隙,分度时存在误差,因而影响对工件的加工精度。
                       实用新型内容
为克服蜗轮蜗杆机构因其啮合有间隙,造成分度有误差影响加工精度的问题,本实用新型的技术方案是,在钻、铣床的工作台下部竖向固定有电机,电机上部轴头在工作台内固定安装有谐波传动减速器,谐波传动减速器上端,与用轴承竖向支承于工作台内的转轴固定连接,在转轴的顶端,水平固定有联板。
由于用被称为是无问隙传动的谐波传动减速器代替了原蜗轮蜗杆传动,因此对工件的分度准确,误差小,从而提高了被加工工件的加工精度。

                      具体实施方式
图中,电机1通过连接盘2固定在工作台4的底部,其电机轴与谐波传动减速器3上的端套固定连接,谐波传动减速器3的上端与转轴7用螺订连接,转轴7用上下两轴承6支承在工作台4内的轴承座上,转轴7的顶端固定有水平的联板8。为了固定平稳,轴头还可带一水平法兰盘;为了使联板8相对转轴7定位更加精确,联板8的下面可做成与其相垂直的莫氏锥体9插入转轴7上端的莫氏锥孔内。

1、一种钻、铣床用工件分度机构,包括电机(1)联板(8),其特征在于:在钻、铣床的工作台(4)下部竖向固定的电机(1)上部轴头上,在工作台内安装有谐波传动减速器(3),其上端与用轴承支承于工作台(4)内的转轴(7)固连,转轴(7)的顶端,水平固定有联板(8)。
2、如权利要求1所述的分度机构,其特征在于:联板(8)的下面带有与其垂直的莫氏锥体(9),与转轴(7)上面的莫氏锥孔配合固定。
