一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种减振装置,尤其是射钉器减振机构。
二、背景技术:
目前,大家所熟知的射钉器,没有减振装置,因此,在射钉器击发时,射钉弹爆炸后会产生向后的冲击力,使射击者的手掌受强烈振动,连续射击会感到手掌疼痛。由于振动较大,射击精度也无法保证。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种射钉器减振机构。
本实用新型的具体方案是:在射钉器外壳的后部装有带孔的击针座,在击针座与射钉器外壳后内壁之间设置有减振簧。
采用上述方案,结构简单,具有缓冲后座力,减小振动的作用,使射击者连续射击也不会感到手掌疼痛,并且提高了射击精度。

五、具体实施方式:
从图1可知,本实用新型由射钉器外壳1、击针座2、减振簧3组成,本实用新型的结构要点是:在射钉器外壳1的后部装有带孔的击针座2,在击针座2与射钉器外壳1后内壁之间设置有减振簧3。其中射钉器外壳1的内壁向内凸出,减振簧3位于凸台的两侧。
如图2所示:在击针座2的前端有弹膛体4,击针座2的孔中装有击针6,弹膛体4的孔中装射钉弹5。
本实用新型是这样工作的:射钉器击发时,射钉弹5爆炸后产生向后的冲击力,传递给击针座2,击针座2向后移动,压缩减振簧3,从而达到缓冲后座力,减小振动的目的。
