Abstract

开瓶器，涉及日常生活用品技术领域，特指一种用于开启酒瓶塞的开瓶器。技术方案为：手柄一端有内螺纹，另一端的内圆上设置有凹槽，在该端的外部设有一导向片以及螺钉固定的切割轮；螺旋钻的螺旋帽上有与手柄的凹槽相对应的凸条，以及与内螺纹相对应的外螺纹。本实用新型较为轻巧，使用时稳定、省力，携带和保存方便；开启过程中不会将瓶塞损坏，使瓶塞可以反复使用。

本实用新型涉及日常生活用品技术领域，特指一种较为轻巧、使用时稳定、省力以及携带和保存方便的用于开启酒瓶塞的开瓶器。
背景技术：
随着经济的发展，生活水平的提高，红酒被越来越多的所喜爱；目前，为保证酒的原味，通常是采用木制瓶塞进行封口；由于此种瓶塞塞入到瓶口内，较难于开启，需用特殊结构的专用开瓶器；目前，用于开启动此类瓶塞的开瓶器，一般是用螺旋钻钻入到瓶塞内，然后直接用力拉出；这样容易因用力不当而破坏瓶塞、瓶体，甚至危害到人的安全；瓶塞亦因不当的开启而无法反复使用，使得因未饮用完而留于瓶内的酒无法较好地封存；此外，由于在瓶口处封有锡纸，在开启瓶塞之前，须先用手将锡纸拨开，如此一来，亦容易因不小心而伤及到手。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用安全、省力、方便，开启时不易损坏瓶塞；结构较为简单、造型美观，便于携带和保存的开瓶器。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：手柄一端有内螺纹，另一端的内圆上设置有凹槽，在该端的外部设有一导向片以及螺钉固定的切割轮；螺旋钻的螺旋帽上有与手柄的凹槽相对应的凸条，以及与内螺纹相对应的外螺纹；所述的手柄的凹槽与内螺纹间有一环状的隔离片；螺旋钻由注塑成一体的螺旋帽及钻头构成；手柄外圆上设有防滑槽；手柄内螺纹的小径大于螺旋钻上凸条的外径，螺旋钻钻头的外径小于手柄上隔离片的小孔直径。
本实用新型切割轮在导向片的导向和稳定下，先将瓶口外的锡纸切开；然后，再利用手柄一端的内凹槽与螺旋钻上的凸条相配合，将螺旋钻钻入到瓶塞内；此后，利用手柄另一端的内螺纹与螺旋钻上的外螺纹间的配合，旋转手柄，带动螺旋钻内缩，将瓶塞拉出，整个开启过程既省力又稳定，不会将瓶塞损坏；将瓶塞取下后，仍可反复使用；本实用新型使用完后，可以将螺旋钻置于手柄内，保护钻头刀刃不受损，有利于延长使用寿命，而且，便于存放和携带。

具体实施方式：
见附图1～6，本实用新型包括有手柄1、螺旋钻2，手柄1一端有内螺纹103，另一端的内圆上设置有凹槽102，在该端的外部设有一导向片106以及螺钉104固定的切割轮105；如预切开瓶口处包裹的锡纸，可以如附图2所示，将切割轮105置于瓶口处，转动瓶体，通过钢质的切割轮105将锡纸割开，此时，导向片106对锡纸进行导向以及稳定切割；在螺旋钻2的螺旋帽21上有与手柄1的凹槽102相对应的凸条211，在需要将螺旋钻2旋入到瓶塞内时，可以如附图3所示，使螺旋钻2的凸条211与手柄1内圆上的凹槽102相配合，然后将钻头22置于木塞上，转动手柄1，即可使钻头22钻入到瓶塞中；在螺旋帽21上有与内螺纹103相对应的外螺纹212；手柄1的凹槽102与内螺纹103间有一环状的隔离片；如预将瓶塞拉出，可以如附图4所示，使手柄1的内螺纹103与螺旋帽21的外螺纹212相配合，反向转动手柄1，由于手柄1端头顶住瓶口，而钻头22随着手柄1转动缩入到内螺纹103内，从而将瓶塞拉出；在上述过程中，力量的大小容易掌握，避免了直接拉出方式的用力不当；手柄1外圆上设有防滑槽101，当旋转手柄1时，防滑槽101可以有效地增大手与手柄1之间接触的摩擦力，减小手握手柄1的力量，达到省力的目的。
在不使用本实用新型时，可以如附图5、6所示，将螺旋钻2旋入到手柄1内，此时钻头22完全至于手柄1内，可以避免因钻头22外露而导致的刀刃碰撞，有效地保护钻头22的刀刃不被损坏，延长使用寿命；同时，亦有便于存放和携带。

Claims (5)

1、开瓶器，包括：手柄(1)、螺旋钻(2)，其特征在于：手柄(1)一端有内螺纹(103)，另一端的内圆上设置有凹槽(102)，在该端的外部设有一导向片(106)以及螺钉(104)固定的切割轮(105)；螺旋钻(2)的螺旋帽(21)上有与手柄(1)的凹槽(102)相对应的凸条(211)，以及与内螺纹(103)相对应的外螺纹(212)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的开瓶器，其特征在于：手柄(1)的凹槽(102)与内螺纹(103)间有一环状的隔离片。
3、根据权利要求1所述的开瓶器，其特征在于：螺旋钻(2)由注塑成一体的螺旋帽(21)及钻头(22)构成。
4、根据权利要求1所述的开瓶器，其特征在于：手柄(1)外圆上设有防滑槽(101)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的开瓶器，其特征在于：手柄(1)内螺纹(103)的小径大于螺旋钻(2)上凸条(211)的外径，螺旋钻(2)钻头(22)的外径小于手柄(1)上隔离片的小孔直径。
