Abstract

本实用新型属于热转化炉,是一种节能型柴煤两用气化炉,它的特征是在底部分设柴用和煤用鼓风系统,炉灰箱中部是盆体空间结构,炉壁外围设置分隔为废热锅炉和烘煤箱的夹套,顶部设置滤尘罩,在上炉体水箱和下炉体废热锅炉之间用连通管相连等。本实用新型柴煤两便,节能效果好而且制作简单,维修方便,很适合广大农村使用。

Description

节能型柴煤两用气化炉
一、技术领域
本实用新型属热转化炉,具体涉及一种将柴禾或煤转化为可燃性气体的热转化炉。
二、背景技术
在现有技术中,有一种秸杆气化炉,通过控制入炉原辅材料配比、供氧量和燃烧温度等工艺参数,在炉内将秸杆进行不完全燃烧,能产生一定量的可燃性气体做民用;这种秸杆气化炉由下炉体和上炉体两大部分组成,下炉体进行秸杆的不完全燃烧,起热转化的功能,上炉体将热转化产生的气体进行除尘净化处理,然后从上炉体水箱上部引出供民用。但是,现有的秸杆气化炉仅适用于秸杆类柴禾,而不适用于煤的热转化;同时在它的结构上也存在着一些缺陷,下炉体的进风管难于调节入炉空气量,容易导致燃烧过度使气体中CO2增多,下炉体炉壁散发的大量废热没被回收利用,炉灰箱的结构不便于炉灰的清除;上炉体的除尘净化效果欠佳,而且不便清理和维修,排气管在上炉体水箱中没有经过充分的换热,既不利于热量的回收,又使引出的气体温度过高。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有秸杆气化炉的缺陷进行改进,以原有炉型为基础,将其改造为节能型柴煤两用气化炉。
采用以下技术方案来实现本实用新型的目的。一种柴煤两用气化炉,由下炉体和上炉体组成,其特征在于:
1)在下炉体底部分设柴用鼓风管和煤用鼓风管;煤用鼓风管经过风量分配器再分为小口径的上支管和大口径的下支管;柴用鼓风管和煤用鼓风管的上支管与下炉体的风道相通;煤用鼓风管的下支管与下炉体的炉灰箱相通;炉灰箱中部为盆体空间结构;
2)下炉体炉壁外围设置夹套,分隔为废热锅炉和烘煤箱;
3)在上炉体顶部设置均布有筛孔的滤尘罩;在集气环的下方开设进气口;排气管从集气环的出口贯穿整个上炉体水箱,从水箱底部引出;在水箱和废热锅炉之间用连通管相连。
采取以上技术措施,即可将现有的秸杆气化炉改造为节能型柴煤两用气化炉。本实用新型的柴煤两用气化炉,用柴禾气化时,切换柴用鼓风管通过风道和进风管从侧面对炉膛送风;用煤气化时,切换煤用鼓风管,大量鼓风是通过下支管从炉灰箱送入,并在炉灰箱中部的盆体空间形成涡流,向上穿透炉底进入炉膛,有利于燃烧过程中空气的均匀分布,同时这种结构的炉灰箱还便于炉灰的堆积和清除,只有少量鼓风经上支管进入风道并从出风管引出部分热风,上支管的风主要起降低风道和进风管温度的作用;本实用新型可以充分利用炉壁散发的大量热量,在设置的废热锅炉中将水转化为蒸汽或高温热水用于沐浴等,在设置的烘煤箱中将湿煤烘干,具有显著的节能效果;本实用新型上炉体的滤尘结构,对转化气体的除尘净化效果好,出炉气体与水箱中的水进行了充分的换热,而且通过连通管可以将水箱中的热水引入废热锅炉,能更充分地利用热能。本实用新型具有节能和柴煤两用的显著效果,而且制作简单,维修方便,适合于广大农村使用。

对照图1和图2,对本实用新型的结构特征做具体描述。这种节能型柴煤两用气化炉由下炉体I和上炉体II组成,其特征在于:在下炉体底部分设柴用鼓风管8和煤用鼓风管9;而煤用鼓风管9经过风量分配器再分为小口径的上支管和大口径的下支管;柴用鼓风管8和煤用鼓风管9的上支管与下炉体的环形风道11相通;煤用鼓风管9的下支管与下炉体的炉灰箱10相通;炉灰箱10的中部为盆体空间结构;下炉体炉壁外围设置夹套,分隔为废热锅炉6和烘煤箱12;在上炉体顶部设置均布有筛孔的滤尘罩3;在集气环1的下方开设进气口;排气管2从集气环1的出口贯穿整个上炉体水箱13,从水箱底部引出;在水箱13和废热锅炉6之间用连通管5相连。

1)在下炉体底部分设柴用鼓风管(8)和煤用鼓风管(9);煤用鼓风管(9)经过风量分配器再分为小口径的上支管和大口径的下支管;柴用鼓风管(8)和煤用鼓风管(9)的上支管与下炉体的风道(11)相通;煤用鼓风管(9)的下支管与下炉体的炉灰箱(10)相通;炉灰箱(10)中部为盆体空间结构;
2)下炉体炉壁外围设置夹套,分隔为废热锅炉(6)和烘煤箱(12);
3)在上炉体顶部设置均布有筛孔的滤尘罩(3);在集气环(1)的下方开设进气口;排气管(2)从集气环(1)的出口贯穿整个上炉体水箱(13),从水箱底部引出;在水箱(13)和废热锅炉(6)之间用连通管(5)相连。
