Abstract

一种箱门沿导轨滑动开启的烤箱，包括弧形外壳、电热管、烤盘，其特征在于与外壳相接的左、右侧板上，设有导轨槽，导轨槽贯穿整个弧形圆周上，箱门呈弧形，箱门的两侧缘与导轨槽相接。本实用新型的箱门由旋转开启变为滑动开启，在机体两侧预设弧形滑动导轨槽，弧形玻璃门可沿导轨槽向后向上滑动开启，并在重力作用下开启到位，闭合时亦在重力作用下自动密合。脏污时，用户可自己通过开启限位机构，将玻璃门从导轨槽中滑出机体，便于清洗。

本实用新型所属技术领域
本实用新型属于一种烤箱，特别是一种箱门沿导轨滑动开启的烤箱。
本实用新型背景技术
目前市面上之电烤箱门主要还是采用围绕门轴芯旋转开启的形式。即在机体或玻璃门上装上轴销，作为门旋转开启的中心。这种开启方式虽然结构简单，但也存在一些明显的缺陷：
A、需要有足够的门开启空间；
B、门开启时的重心变化和惯性易造成机体的摇摆甚至倾覆；
C、对轴芯及固定座的刚性、强度和耐磨性均有一定要求；
D、需具有一套防自动松开或开启限位机构。
本实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的，是提供一种箱门沿导轨滑动开启的烤箱，以便克服现有旋转门的缺陷。
本实用新型包括弧形外壳、电热管、烤盘、左侧板、右侧板、箱门、限位装置，左侧板、右侧板与弧形外壳相接，左侧板、右侧板的弧形圆周上，设有导轨槽，弧形箱门的两侧边缘与导轨槽相扣接。
所述限位装置设置在外壳的前部或后部，包括限位杆、弹簧压片，可插入导轨槽中封闭槽的端口。
本实用新型已完全脱离了上述传统模式，箱门由旋转开启变为滑动开启，在机体两侧预设弧形滑动导轨槽，弧形玻璃门可沿导轨槽向后向上滑动开启，并在重力作用下开启到位，闭合时亦在重力作用下自动密合。脏污时，用户可自己通过开启限位机构，将玻璃门从导轨槽中滑出机体，便于清洗。
本实用新型项目具有以下优点：
A.无需特定的门开启空间；
B.门开启和关闭平稳，重心变化不大，没有机体倾覆的担忧，这一点在中小电器中优势明显；
C.门的自身重量由两侧导轨均匀分担，不存在应力集中和大的扭转力矩；
D.玻璃门在自身重力作用下，自动完全开启和自动闭合到位，无需附加机构；
E.外观简洁，拆洗方便。

本实用新型具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，烤箱的左侧板8和右侧板2圆周上设计有U型导轨槽10，箱门6用玻璃制成，两边均以金属夹条7包边，夹条7伸出一条折边到导轨槽10中，整个玻璃门6就是利用左右两边的夹条7在左、右侧板(8，2)的导轨槽10中滑动来实现门的开合。当玻璃门6脏污的时候，用户可自己通过开启弹簧压片4下的限位杆3，玻璃门沿导轨槽从机体后下方滑出，清洗完后从原处装入，将限位杆3复位即可。
如图1、图2、图3，为光波烤箱的应用实例，在包括弧形外壳11、电热管12、烤盘13、左侧板8、右侧板2、箱门6、光波管13、衬板14的光波烤箱的弧形的左、右侧板(8，2)上，设有导轨槽10，导轨槽10贯穿侧板(2，8)整个弧形圆周上，箱门6呈弧形，箱门6的两侧缘与导轨槽10相接，箱门6上装有门手柄5。在外壳11后部，设置限位杆3、弹簧压片4，限位杆3通过弹簧压片4固定，并插入导轨槽6中封闭槽的端口。弧形箱门6可以达到很好的密封效果，防止光波外泄。

Claims (4)

1、一种箱门沿导轨滑动开启的烤箱，包括弧形外壳、电热管、烤盘、箱门、左侧板、右侧板、限位装置，其特征在于与外壳相接的左、右侧板上，设有导轨槽，导轨槽贯穿侧板整个弧形圆周上，箱门呈弧形，箱门的两侧缘与导轨槽相接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的箱门沿导轨滑动开启的烤箱，其特征在于箱门的两边卡在导轨槽中。
3、根据权利要求1所述的箱门沿导轨滑动开启的烤箱，其特征在于外壳前部或后部，设置限位装置，并插入导轨槽中封闭槽的端口。
4、根据权利要求1所述的箱门沿导轨滑动开启的烤箱，其特征在于箱门上装有门手柄。
