本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器。
在太阳能热水器中,为防止水垢,严冬结冰等问题,需要采用传热工质与水双循环系统,其中工质是一个自身密闭的循环系统,工质在热胀冷缩过程中,有体积的变化,容易造成工质循环管路胀裂,引起设备损坏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双循环太阳能热水器工质冷热伸缩器,补偿双循环太阳能热水器中工质热胀冷缩的体积变化,防止管路胀裂,延长使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案:它具有一个三通接头,三通接头的两端串连在封闭的热工质循环管路中,中端与一段波纹管连通。
上述波纹管是不锈钢、普通金属或塑料波纹管。
上述波纹管的封闭端与减压阀连接。
本实用新型的优点:借助波纹管的伸缩性,补偿双循环太阳能热水器中工质热胀冷缩的体积变化,防止管路胀裂,延长热水器的使用寿命。

实施例如图所示:双循环太阳能热水器工质冷热伸缩器,它具有一个三通接头7,三通接头的两端串连在封闭的热工质循环管路中,中端与一段波纹管5连通,为释放过大的压力,波纹管的端部可以安装减压阀8。波纹管5可选择不锈钢、普通金属或塑料波纹管。双循环太阳能热水器由集热水箱的冷热水循环系统和传热工质循环系统组成,其传热工质循环系统由封闭的工质循环管路1串联集热板2和被集热水箱3水包围的热交换器4组成,在封闭的工质循环管路1中连接不锈钢或其它金属波纹管5。在封闭的工质循环管路中可以连接工质循环泵6。
