本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器。
在太阳能热水器中,为防止水垢,严冬结冰等问题,需要采用传热工质与水双循环系统,其中工质是一个自身密闭的循环系统,工质在热胀冷缩过程中,有体积的变化,容易造成工质循环管路胀裂,引起供水中断、设备损坏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种防止工质热胀冷缩的双循环太阳能热水器,补偿双循环太阳能热水器中工质热胀冷缩的体积变化,防止管路胀裂,延长使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案:防止工质热胀冷缩的双循环太阳能热水器由集热水箱的冷热水循环系统和传热工质循环系统组成,其特征在于:传热工质循环系统由封闭的工质循环管路串联集热板和被集热水箱水包围的热交换器组成,在封闭的工质循环管路中连接波纹管。
上述波纹管可选择不锈钢、普通金属或塑料波纹管。
上述封闭的工质循环管路中连接有工质循环泵。
本实用新型的优点:借助波纹管的伸缩性,补偿双循环太阳能热水器中工质热胀冷缩的体积变化,防止管路胀裂,延长热水器的使用寿命。
