Abstract

一种双循环太阳能热水器,由内置热管的集热板连接集热水箱,集热水箱设有冷水进口和热水出口,其热管装有低冰点工质,低冰点工质中含有10—20%的酒精,与插入集热水箱的热交换器形成封闭回路,热交换器在集热水箱内被水包围,构成低冰点工质和水的双循环系统太阳能热水器。利用低冰点工质和热交换器构成双循环系统太阳能热水器,故不会发生水垢愈积愈厚的现象,可以大大提高热水器使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能热水器
目前,大部分热水器的共同特点是经集热器加热后的水直接用于洗澡,其缺点是当水温超过70℃时,容易发生水垢,日久后集热器效率下降,甚至堵塞管路,不能再使用。严冬时热水器还会发生集热器结冰,损坏集热器。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双循环太阳能热水器,避免水垢愈积愈厚,出现堵塞管路或结冰爆裂的现象,提高热水器的使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案:双循环太阳能热水器,由内置热管的集热板连接集热水箱,集热水箱设有冷水进口和热水出口,其特征在于:热管装有低冰点工质,与插入集热水箱的热交换器形成封闭回路,热交换器在集热水箱内被水包围,构成低冰点工质和水的双循环系统太阳能热水器。
上述低冰点工质中含有10-20%的酒精。
本实用新型有两个循环回路,一是低冰点工质在热管、热交换器的换热回路,一是集热水箱中冷热水的换热回路。
本实用新型的优点:利用低冰点工质和热交换器构成双循环系统太阳能热水器。采用工质从集热器中获取热量,经集热器水箱中的热交换器将热量传给水,由于工质是一种低冰点的液体,可以是加入10~20%酒精的水,由于经集热器的工质不变,故不会发生水垢愈积愈厚的现象,且可防止严寒结冰胀破集热器管道,可以大大提高热水器使用寿命。

实施例如图所示:双循环太阳能热水器,由内置热管1的集热板2连接集热水箱3,集热水箱设有冷水进口4和热水出口5,其热管1装有低冰点工质,与插入集热水箱3的热交换器6形成封闭回路,热交换器6在集热水箱3内被水包围,构成低冰点工质和水的双循环系统太阳能热水器。低冰点工质中含有10-20%的酒精。

1、一种双循环太阳能热水器,由内置热管的集热板连接集热水箱,集热水箱设有冷水进口和热水出口,其特征在于:热管装有低冰点工质,与插入集热水箱的热交换器形成封闭回路,热交换器在集热水箱内被水包围,构成低冰点工质和水的双循环系统太阳能热水器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双循环太阳能热水器,其特征在于:所述低冰点工质中含有10-20%的酒精。
