本实用新型涉及一种热泵热水机组，尤其涉及一种专用于养殖场的热泵机组。
背景技术
目前，养殖场水池基本上通过电加热或燃油锅炉保持电镀液的恒温。通过电加热或燃油锅炉保持恒温不仅费用较高，而且也不利于环保。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有养殖场水池加热设备存在的缺点，提供一种可以使用费用低而且又节能环保的养殖场恒温专用热泵机组。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种养殖场恒温专用热泵机组，包括蒸发器、压缩机、钛金盘管式换热器和膨胀阀；其中，所述蒸发器的出口与压缩机的入口连通，所述压缩机的出口与钛金盘管式换热器的入口连通，所述钛金盘管式换热器的出口与膨胀阀的入口连通，所述膨胀阀的出口与蒸发器的入口连通。
本实用新型的有益之处是：采用养殖场恒温专用热泵机组，而且钛金盘管式换热器可以水池中的养殖水对换热器的腐蚀。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的养殖场恒温专用热泵机组包括蒸发器4、压缩机1、钛金盘管式换热器2和膨胀阀3。蒸发器4的出口与压缩机1的入口连通，压缩机1的出口与钛金盘管式换热器2的入口连通，钛金盘管式换热器2的出口与膨胀阀3的入口连通，膨胀阀3的出口与蒸发器4的入口连通。
本实用新型所述养殖场恒温专用热泵机组的工作原理为：
在蒸发器4中，低温低压的液态冷媒吸收空气中的低位热能变成气态，该气态冷媒进入压缩机1后，经过压缩机1的作用而变成高温高压的气态冷媒，该高温高压的气态冷媒进入钛金盘管式换热器2后，与水池中的养殖水进行热交换，经过热交换后高温高压的气态冷媒变成低温高压的液态冷媒，该低温高压的液态冷媒经过膨胀阀3减压后变为低温低压的液态冷媒后再流回蒸发器4，以待进行下次循环。

1.一种养殖场恒温专用热泵机组，其特征在于：包括蒸发器、压缩机、钛金盘管式换热器和膨胀阀；其中，所述蒸发器的出口与压缩机的入口连通，所述压缩机的出口与钛金盘管式换热器的入口连通，所述钛金盘管式换热器的出口与膨胀阀的入口连通，所述膨胀阀的出口与蒸发器的入口连通。
