技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种电解水装置,具体说是一种无膜电解水发生器。
背景技术:目前,国内外离子水机生产厂商所用的电解水发生器均为两电极之间加有隔膜,设有一个进水口,两个出水口,两个出水口分别输出碱性水和酸性水,这种发生器成本高,使用寿命低。
发明内容:本实用新型就是为克服现有装置成本高、寿命低的技术问题而设计的,其设有电极板,电极板与电极接线柱相连,该设备设有一个进水口、一个出水口,电极板以钛为基材,电极板表层设有钛、钌、铱的共熔体。本实用新型在阳、阴电极之间不加隔膜,电解产生碱性水,其水PH为7.5-8.5,可大大降低水的氧化还原电位(ORP)。这种水用于洗衣物,有不用洗涤剂或少用的特点,电解出的水经过一段时间后又可还原为自来水,有利于环境保护。

具体实施方式:
参照图1,本实用新型外部设有密封圈8及密封圈10,在一侧设有阴极电极接线柱11、阳极电极接线柱12。参照图2,本实用新型设有上壳6、下壳1、导流板2、导流板3、导流板4、导流板5,下壳1上设有镙钉7,在本实用新型内部设有电极板9、进水口13、出水口14,电极板9与电极接线柱11、12相连,电极板9以钛为基材,电极板9表层设有钛、钌、铱的共熔体。本实用新型电极接线柱端分别加有一定数值的直流电。水在电极之间流动,由于只设有一个出水口,流出的水全部是碱性负电位的水。本实用新型可广泛用于离子水机、洗衣机等领域。
