所属技术领域一种氮气除氧除水的纯化装置属于高纯气体技术领域。
通常技术中的氮气纯化装置(见图1),冷却器采用夹套水冷方式,结构及制作工艺复杂,并需冷却水源,加热再生吸附罐采用硅酸铝纤维保温棉,价格高,填充不方便,吸附与再生转换的控制系统使用了8个手动阀门12,操作繁杂。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案见结构图2,它包括有依次连接的用于除氧的装有钯触媒的氢氧反应罐、冷却器、过滤器、交替用于吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐,转换吸附与再生的控制器及加热电控器,本实用新型的特征在于采用了螺旋或折返的铜管制成的冷却器2,采用蛭石保温材料作保温层的吸附水及加热再生罐A、B,并由两个二位五通手扳阀组成的转换吸附与再生的控制器,其联接为氢氧反应罐1依次联接冷却器2、过滤器51,过滤器51联接二位五通手扳阀91的P端、二位五通手扳阀91的R端联一过滤器52后联吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐A罐的接口A1,反应罐A接口的A2联接二位五通手扳阀92的R端、二位五通手扳阀92的S端联吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐B罐的接口B2,B罐的接口B1联一过滤器53后联二位五通手扳阀91的S端,吸附水及加热再生罐A、B上的加热棒6联接加热电控器10,二位五通手扳阀92的O1、O2端联接后连针阀8的一端,针阀8的另一端接二位五通手扳阀92的P端,吸附水及加热再生罐A的接口A2及罐B的接口B2、分别与二位五通手扳阀92的R端和S端联接后接点处接入压力表7。另特征还在于交替用于吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐的、转换吸附与再生的控制器可采用常规的电磁阀组成。
本实用新型的工作原理为:纯度为97%~99.5%的氮气N2与经流量计H2控制给出的氢气混合进入装有钯触媒的反应罐1,反应后的气体流经铜管制成的冷却器2,降低气体温度接近室温,通过过滤器5除去颗粒较大的雾滴,含有水蒸汽的氮气通过装有硅胶或吸水分子筛的吸附罐便可提供高纯氮气。
为能不间断地提供高纯氮气,需A、B两罐交替工作,即一罐工作吸附,另一罐脱水再生。本实用新型用两个二位五通手扳阀或电磁阀,可代替现有技术中图1所示的8个手动阀门12。
设A罐工作吸附,B罐加热再生,两个手板阀91、92扳向A(若用电磁阀则打开开关),经冷却的氮气由手扳阀91的P端进入,从91的R端流出进入吸附罐接口A1(过滤器52此时无作用),经吸附水蒸汽后高纯氮气由吸附罐接口A2流出进入阀92的R端,并由阀92的P端流出,提供高纯度的氮气。
若此时B罐加热再生,加热罐中心的加热棒由相应的电控器10提供电能,对B罐加热,由针阀8提供的小流量高纯氮气经阀92的O2端进入,从92的S端流出进入B罐接口B2,把被加热的B罐中的水蒸汽从B1接口赶出,通过过滤器53除去部分雾滴,含有水蒸汽的氮气载气从阀91的S端进入,并从91的O2端排出。
再简述B罐工作吸附,A罐加热再生的情况。
手扳阀扳向B(或电磁阀开关处在“关”状态),含水蒸汽的氮气从手扳阀91的P端进入,从91的S端流出,经过滤器53进入B罐B1接口,从B2接口流出进入阀92的S端,并从接口92的P端流出提供高纯氮气。若此时A罐加热再生,由针阀8提供的氮气经阀92的O1端进入并从92的P端流出进入A罐A2,载有水蒸汽的气体经过滤器52分离部分水后流入阀91的R端,并从91的O1端排出。根据流量大小,吸附与再生的转换时间约为24-72小时。
本实用新型的技术方案经使用证明,制作工艺简便、操作简单,提供了一种可靠性高的氮气纯化装置,达到了预期目的。

1.一种氮气除氧除水的纯化装置,包括有依次连接的用于除氧的装有钯触媒的氢氧反应罐、冷却器、过滤器、交替用于吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐,转换吸附与再生的控制器及加热电控器,其特征是:采用了螺旋或折返的铜管制成的冷却器(2),采用蛭石保温材料作保温层的吸附水及加热再生罐A、B,并由两个二位五通手扳阀组成的转换吸附与再生的控制器,其联接为氢氧反应罐(1)依次联接冷却器(2)、过滤器(51),过滤器(51)联接二位五通手扳阀(91)的P端、二位五通手扳阀(91)的R端联一过滤器(52)后联吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐A罐的接口A1,反应罐A的接口A2联接二位五通手扳阀(92)的R端、二位五通手扳阀(92)的S端联吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐B罐的接口B2,B罐的接口B1联一过滤器(53)后联二位五通手扳阀(91)的S端,吸附水及加热再生罐A、B上的加热棒(6)联接加热电控器(10),二位五通手扳阀(92)的O1、O2端联接后连针阀(8)的一端,针阀(8)的另一端接二位五通手扳阀(92)的P端,吸附水及加热再生罐A的接口A2及再生罐B的B2、分别与二位五通手扳阀(92)的R端和S端联接后的的接点处各接入一压力表(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氮气除氧除水的纯化装置,其特征是:交替用于吸附水及加热再生用的反应罐的、转换吸附与再生的控制器可采用常规的电磁阀组成。
