一种水渣过滤装置
本实用新型为一种水渣过滤装置，用于处理冶金企业生产过程中产生的水渣。水渣处理一直是冶金企业最关心的一个难题，尤其是随着人们环保意识的不断加强，以及人类对资源回收和利用的迫切要求等因素，冶金企业都急切寻求一种既经济又环保的水渣处理设备。
本实用新型的目的是给出一种水渣过滤装置，将水渣由水渣进入口引入滚筒内，经过过滤网叶片，水渣被分离成水和渣，分离出的水由排水口排出，进入循环系统再利用；分离出的渣由排渣口排出，经输送带或运载车辆运至堆场，以便对外销售。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细描述：
图1是水渣过滤装置示意图。
图2是水渣过滤装置布置示意图。
将水渣由水渣进入口(3)引入滚筒(1)内，水渣经过过滤网叶片(2)，被分离成水和渣，分离出的水由排水口(4)排出，进入循环系统再利用；分离出的渣由排渣口(5)排出，以供对外销售。滚筒(1)及过滤网叶片(2)由传动机构(6)驱动，可以使过滤网叶片(2)根据生产工艺要求进行运转。
本实用新型结构简单，各关键器件运行质量可靠，现场布置灵活，占地小，环保效果好。

1.一种水渣过滤装置，其特征在于所述的装置包括，在滚筒(1)内设有过滤网叶片(2)；
2.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于滚筒(1)及过滤网叶片(2)由传动机构(6)驱动。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于滚筒(1)上设有水渣进入口(3)和排水口(4)、排渣口(5)。
