本实用新型的目的是提供一种平模颗粒机,使它具有如下优点:连续工作性能稳定,机器运转升温快,原料熟化充分,产量高等。
本实用新型为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,采用如下方案进行解决,它有壳体,壳体上安装电机、减速器,减速器的输出动力经过主轴传递到压辊轴,压辊轴上安装三个压辊,压辊下方安装平模。减速器上方安装进料斗,进料斗下端安装出料口。
本实用新型的优点如下:由于采用了三压辊结构,使连续工作的稳定性大幅度提高,并延长了使用寿命,机械运转时升温迅速,原料熟化充分,颗粒硬度高,产量高,生产成本低等。

图中4是壳本,壳体4上安装电机2、减速器5,减速器5的输出动力经过主轴8传递到压辊轴15,压辊轴15上安装三个压辊14,压辊14下方安装平模9,三个压辊14呈60度均匀布置,减速器5上方安装进料斗16,进料斗16下端安装出料口7。本实用新型工作时,电机2将动力通过减速器5传递至主轴8、压辊轴15及平模9,物料通过高温糊化,蛋白质凝固变性,在压辊14的挤压下由模孔中排出。图中1是配电盘,3是机架,6是联轴器,10是螺母,11是支撑,12是调节螺栓,13是料口。本实用新型未详述内容,均为公知技术。
