Abstract

U型12V水平铅酸蓄电池,属于蓄电池类。它是将六个电池单体按U型排放在一起,并用鼠笼、夹板固定,中间用隔膜和挡板分开。每个单体由多块水平放置的栅板构成极群,极群间用铅丝连接,其正、负极从电池壳体的同一侧两边的极柱引出。本实用新型正、负极由同一侧引出,可有效减小电池体积;单体间用隔膜和ABS挡板隔开,可防止两单体间串酸短路;用鼠笼固定极群,可保证对各单体施加恒定的装配压力,保证各单体处于相同装配状态。

                            技术领域
本实用新型属于蓄电池类,具体为由2V电池单体构成12V的蓄电池。
                            背景技术
本申请人曾申请了铅布铅酸蓄电池(专利号为99245286.4、00229524.5)及2V系列铅布铅酸蓄电池,它们的额定电压均只有2V,在高电压场合使用时,得将几个蓄电池串接在一起,成本高,又占地方。其中专利号为99245286.4的蓄电池是将两端分别涂正、负铅膏的双极性网状复合铅丝布极板,按极性相互交错后,水平叠加放置在一起,构成极群,极板间还放置有搁板。
                            发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种能在需高电压场合使用的U型12V水平铅酸蓄电池。
本实用新型目的的实现方式为,U型12V水平铅酸蓄电池,包括有电池壳体、极板、电解液。它由六个电池单体按U型排放在一起,并用鼠笼、夹板固定,单体间用隔膜和挡板分开。每个单体内,由多块水平放置的栅板3构成极群,极群间用铅丝9连接,其正、负极从极柱1引出。夹板由上、下夹板2、8、后夹板及侧夹板7构成。靠鼠笼中间壁12的极群用绝缘材料包裹。
本实用新型将6个2V的电池单体以U型方式串接在一起,单体间用铅丝9连接,电池正、负极从汇流排4的两边引出(见图1、3),可有效减小体积。单体用鼠笼、夹板固定。鼠笼用榫头16、压板17固定(见图5),加强了机械强度,保证上、下夹板同压板处于同一平面,方便操作。鼠笼外再由夹板固定(见图2),夹板外有壳体。单体间用隔膜和挡板分开,可防止两相邻单体间串酸短路。用鼠笼固定极群可保证对各极群施加恒定的装配压力,从而保证各单体之间装配状态相同。为更好防止两单体间串酸短路,上夹板底部的单体位置间有两凸筋11,两凸筋间形成凹槽10。鼠笼侧的单体位置间有凹槽14、凸筋11,两凸筋间形成凹槽15。凹槽10、14、15起防止两相邻单体间串酸短路的作用。底板上的凹槽18用于固定侧夹板6。
本实用新型有12V12Ah、12V18Ah、12V24Ah、12V100Ah电池。

Claims (5)

1、U型12V水平铅酸蓄电池,包括有电池壳体、极板、电解液,其特征在于它由六个电池单体按U型排放在一起,并用鼠笼、夹板固定,单体间用隔膜和挡板分开,每个单体内,由多块水平放置的栅板(3)构成极群,极群间用铅丝(9)连接,其正、负极从电池极柱(10)引出,夹板由上、下夹板(2)、(8)、后夹板及侧夹板(7)构成,靠鼠笼中间壁(12)的极群用绝缘材料包裹。
2、根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于下夹板底部的单体位置间有两凸筋(11),两凸筋间形成凹槽(10)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池,鼠笼侧的单体位置间有凹槽(14)、凸筋(11),两凸筋间形成凹槽(15)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于鼠笼底部的凹槽(15)深2mm。
5、根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于鼠笼用榫头(16)、压板(17)固定。
