为解决焊接太阳电池片造成显性或隐性碎裂,以及看不见电池片背面电极的焊接而造焊接不平整,本实用新型在一长方形框架上方,设置一带有电热膜的平板玻璃,在框架的下方,设置一块与该平板玻璃相对应的平面镜子,太阳电池片置于带有电热膜的平板玻璃上,在电热膜加温情况下,对太阳电池片进行串联、并联的焊接,在带有电热膜的平板玻璃下方,有一平面镜子,可以看见电池片背面电极焊接的情况,以保证焊接平整,这种焊接台,由于电热膜的加温,使太阳电池片温度升高,避免因太阳电池片温度与烙铁温度的温差,造成焊接太阳电池片的碎裂,使太阳电池片的产品质量大大提高,外形平整美观。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳电池封装前,对太阳池片进行串联、并联焊接的等温焊接台。
                        背景技术
在太阳电池组件封装过种中,单片的焊接,如串联、并联的焊接,是非常重要的工序,焊接质量的好坏,直接影响太阳电池组件的可靠性,以及其外形美观,常规的焊接,是将太阳电池片放在平板玻璃上,用烙铁焊接,由于烙铁温很高,而太阳电池片是常温状态,烙铁头的局部加热,容易导致太阳电池片显性和隐性碎裂,且焊接电池片的背面电极时,由于主栅线看不见,空易导致焊接不平整,在烙铁移动过程中,局部未加热部分,也易导致焊接不平整。

为解决焊接太阳电池片造成显性或隐性碎裂,以及看不见电池片背面电极的焊接而造焊接不平整,本实用新型在一长方形框架上方,设置一带有电热膜的平板玻璃,在框架的下方,设置一块与该平板玻璃相对应的平面镜子,太阳电池片置于带有电热膜的平板玻璃上,在电热膜加温情况下,对太阳电池片进行串联、并联的焊接,在带有电热膜的平板玻璃下方,有一平面镜子,可以看见电池片背面电极焊接的情况,以保证焊接平整,这种焊接台,由于电热膜的加温,使太阳电池片温度升高,避免因太阳电池片温度与烙铁温度的温差,造成焊接太阳电池片的碎裂,使太阳电池片的产品质量大大提高,外形平整美观。

1,一种太阳电池等温焊接台,其特征在于:在一长方形框架上方,设置一带有电热膜的平板玻璃,在框架的下方,设置一块与该平板玻璃相对应的平面镜子,太阳电池片置于带有电热膜的平板玻璃上,在电热膜加温情况下,对太阳电池片进行串联、并联的焊接。
