Abstract

本实用新型涉油田的低渗、低产及稠油井所用的活门式稠油提捞泵。解决了提捞泵不能通过“死油段”或“稠油段”正常捞油的问题。其特征在于:绳帽(8)与中心管(4)间连固加重挂(7),而中心管(4)下部外固外筒(3),外筒(3)内壁有单向活门(2)的梯形活门座(1)。扩大了进油截面积,大大减少了油流阻力,使得该泵能够顺利冲入“稠油段”和“死油段”,节省了捞油的额外费用。

活门式稠油提捞泵
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及油田的低渗、低产及稠油井所用的提捞泵,属于活门式稠油提捞泵。
(二)背景技术:
目前,油田的低渗、低产及稠油井的开采方式大多采用提捞方式进行采油,而在实际的稠油井上捞油,往往会因为泵底部凡尔进油截面积小、油流阻力大,提捞泵很难通过“死油段”或“稠油段”,解决的办法是动用作业设备用热水将死油处理干净后才可转入正常捞油,费用很大,捞油的效益明显下降。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提捞泵可以通过“死油段”或“稠油段”而能正常捞油。可采用的技术方案是:该提捞泵包括钢丝绳帽、中心管及外筒,其特征在于:钢丝绳帽与中心管间连固加重挂,而中心管下部外固外筒,外筒内壁有单向活门的梯形活门座。因此该提捞泵的有益效果是:由于将原泵凡尔改进为单向活门,加之有加重挂,从而扩大了进油截面积,同时减少了原泵内部多次拐弯现象的发生,大大减少了油流阻力,使得该泵能够顺利冲入“稠油段”和“死油段”,节省了捞油的额外费用。

1-活门座,2-活门,3-外筒,4-中心管,5-皮碗座,6-皮碗,7-加重挂,8-钢丝绳帽。
(五)具体实施方式:
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
如图1所示,该提捞泵包括钢丝绳帽8、中心管4及外筒3,钢丝绳帽8与中心管4间连固加重挂7,为了增加该泵的冲击力;而中心管4下部通过短节外固外筒3,在外筒3内壁有梯形活门座1,而在活门座1上有单向活门2;当使用该泵打捞“稠油段”的油时,需要在中心管4外壁加有皮碗座5及皮碗6,阻止进入活门2以上的原油落回。
实际作业时,当该泵向下冲击瞬间,稠油将活门2撞开(图1示),稠油就进入到外筒3内;当需要上提提捞泵时,活门2关闭(图2示),完成一次捞油,依次类推。需要打捞“死油段”时,采取图3所示,活门2被死油撞开后,死油进入外筒3内。

1、一种涉及油田的低渗、低产及稠油井所用的活门式稠油提捞泵,包括钢丝绳帽(8)、中心管(4)及外筒(3),其特征在于:绳帽(8)与中心管(4)间连固加重挂(7),而中心管(4)下部外固外筒(3),外筒(3)内壁有单向活门(2)的梯形活门座(1)。
