Abstract

薄壁管换热器:将一定数量的薄金属管经用端板及扰流板组合成换热芯体后置于换热器壳中形成导热介质腔与换热腔;导热介质腔的两端各自与导热介质注入管、排出管相联通,换热腔分别与进出热介质口相连。导热介质注入管口置于换热腔出口处,导热介质排出管口置于换热腔入口处,以增加热对流效应。本实用新型结构简单合理,换热效率高,换热均匀,体积小巧紧凑,抗振动性能好,适于作为现有管式换热器的更新换代产品。

Description

薄壁管换热器
本实用新型涉及一种换热器,特指是一种薄壁管换热器。
换热器因其广泛应用于化工、石油、制药、暖通工程等领域,因而产生了适用于不同场合使用的多种型号规格的换热器,最常见的管式换热器。它是由端头、封头、隔板、换热箱等构成。虽具有结构简单、成本低的优点,但由于其结构设计存在的问题,采用的管径较大,散热管比较长,因而,使其换热效率较低,管阻较大,换热均匀性差,体积庞大,抗振动性能差,严重制约了其适用的范围。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术不足而提供一种结构简单合理,换热效率高,耐温差性好,使用寿命长、换热均匀的薄壁管换热器。
本实用新型是采用下述方案实现的:将一定数量的薄金属管经用端板及扰流板组合成换热芯体后置于换热器壳中形成导热介质腔与换热腔;导热介质腔的两端各自与导热介质注入管、排出管相联通,换热腔分别与进出热介质口相连。本实用新型的具体结构及工作原理,下面结合实施例附图详细说明。

见附图1、2、3、4,本实用新型先将一定数量的金属薄管7穿插入端板8、扰流板6中组合成换热芯管组10,将
换热芯管组10置于采热器壳9中,各根管的外壁之间及与采热器壳之间就形成了导热介质腔,并与导热介质进出口2、5相连;各根管的内腔就成了换热腔,经过两个端板8集合成总的换热腔并与进出热介质口1、4相连通。导热介质注入管口5置于换热腔出口4处,导热介质排出管口2置于换热腔入口1处,以增加热对流效应。将本实用新型设置为导热介质注入管口5处于下部,导热介质排出管口2处于上部的状态,从换热腔入口1对其换热腔内通入高温液体或气体,同时,往导热介质注入口5注入导热介质,此时,导热介质将经过导热介质腔进换热,再从导热介质排出管口2排出,在此过程中,因芯管的管壁很薄,导槽管径极小,导热介质在其中与换热腔中的高温液、气体进行充分的热交换,使换热介质温度升高,而高温气、液体温度降低,从而实现换热的目的;本实用新型采用的换热芯管组管径小管壁薄,吸收热量更快,同时芯管组中的扰流板形式,让导热介质在导热介质腔形成蛇形走向,换热时间长,更充份的吸收热量,更有利于提高换热效率。
综上所述,本实用新型结构简单合理,制造简单,换热效率高,换热均匀,体积小巧紧凑,抗振动性能好,适于作为现有管式换热器的更新换代产品。

1、薄壁管换热器,其特征在于它由端板、金属薄管、扰流板组成换热芯管组置于换热器壳内,形成导热介质腔与换热腔。
2、如权利要求1所述的薄壁管换热器,其特征在于:其导热介质注入管口置于换热腔出口处,导热介质排出管口置于换热腔入口处。
3、如权利要求1所述的薄壁管换热器,其特征在于:其芯管是一种金属薄管。
4、如权利要求1所述的薄壁管换热器,其特征在于:其扰流板是用来让导热介质在导热介质腔内蛇形走向,以充分的吸收热量。
