本实用新型涉及一种洗涤装置，尤其是一种波轮式洗衣机。
技术背景
现有的波轮洗衣机，其外桶部件的固定均是采用吊杆式结构，即用四根吊杆悬挂外桶部件于箱体的四角，这种结构的洗衣机，其结构简单，减振性较好，也可自动调节脱水不平衡；但是由于外桶部件缺乏有效的约束，在运输过程中必须用包装衬加以保护，既使包装后，其也难以抵抗剧烈的颠簸或震动，容易损坏；另一方面，这种为运输而设置的包装，在使用后容易被抛弃，当再次需要运输时，则又面临易受损坏的困扰。
发明内容
本实用新型是为解决现有洗衣机长途运输易受损坏的问题而设计的，它是这样实现的，它包括箱体和外桶部件，在外桶部件的底部和箱体的底部之间设置阻尼装置。
阻尼装置为阻尼气缸，它有两个，对称设置在箱体前部；阻尼气缸一端固定在外桶部件的底部，另一端固定在箱体的底部边框上。
采用本实用新型，吊杆与阻尼器配合使用，对外桶部件进行了有效的约束，使得整机在运动、运输过程中，比如不大的倾斜或具有一定加速度的平移等情况下，外桶部件与箱体的相对位移很小，大大降低了洗涤、脱水时的振动，提高了其平衡性，不致于出现撞箱体的现象；从而使得没有包装底衬的包装方式成为可能，降低了成本，并进一步保证了洗衣机运输后的完好性。

具体实施方式
参见附图，它包括箱体1和外桶部件2，外桶部件2与箱体1之间有四根吊杆3，外桶部件的底部和箱体的底部之间设置一对阻尼气缸4；其设置在箱体1的前面，一端固定在外桶部件底部与外桶部件良好连接的支撑臂部件上，另一端固定在箱体的底部边框上。

1、一种洗衣机，它包括箱体和外桶部件，其特征在于在外桶部件的底部和箱体的底部之间设置阻尼装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机，其特征在于阻尼装置为阻尼气缸，它有两个，对称设置在箱体前部。
3、根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机，其特征在于阻尼气缸一端固定在外桶部件的底部，另一端固定在箱体的底部边框上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机，其特征在于阻尼气缸一端固定在外桶部件底部的支撑臂部件上，另一端固定在箱体底部边框上。
