具体实施方式
洗衣机/干衣机包括:保护运行部件的本体(2);放置衣物的滚筒(3);滚筒(3)在其内部运动的洗涤容器(4);固定于洗涤容器(4)的电机(5),该电机(5)驱动滚筒(3);以及一个或者多个安装在洗涤容器(4)、电机(5)和本体(2)中至少一个上的阻尼器(6);其中,阻尼器(6)定位于本体(2)和洗涤容器(4)或者电机(5)之间,以在诸如衣物负载不足和高转速因素作用下产生振动时,阻止可移动部件如电机(5)和洗涤容器(4),尤其是后壁,碰撞本体(2)。
电机(5)包括旋转电机轴(7)和与电机轴(7)紧配合的轮(8),由此旋转运动被传递到滚筒(3)。
洗涤容器(4)在它的后壁上包括多于一个的突出件(9),该突出件(9)在模制过程中形成。

阻尼器(6)由弹性材料制造,并具有U-型截面,并通过衬套(14)和垫圈(13)(图2)被螺旋连接到电机轴(7)一端的埋头孔中(图2)。
在本发明另一个实施例中,阻尼器(6)通过连接元件被安装到位于洗涤容器(4)上的突出件上,在该实施例中,假如阻尼器连接于突出件,则阻尼器由弹性材料制造,阻尼器具有H-型截面,并包括围绕突出件(9)的套筒(15)(图5)。
在本发明另一个实施例中,阻尼器(6)通过连接元件被安装与本体(2)。在所述实施例中,洗衣机/干衣机(1)包括阻尼器连接零件(16),以便于安装阻尼器(6)到本体(2)(图6)。

Claims (6)

其特征在于,
还包括阻尼器(6),

所述阻尼器(6)包括:底座(10),通过连接元件该阻尼器(6)被安装于电机轴(7);接触面(11),当电机(5)的振动增强时,接触面(11)接触本体(2);
所述阻尼器(6)能够绕其轴线并独立于电机轴(7)而运动,从而在电机轴(7)旋转而阻尼器(6)接触本体(2)时,阻尼器(6)变为静止。
2.如权利要求1所述的洗衣干衣机(1),其特征在于,所述阻尼器(6)包括围绕底座(10)的外壁(12),以阻止连接元件碰撞本体(2)。
3.如权利要求1或者2所述的洗衣干衣机(1),其特征在于,位于阻尼器(6)和电机轴(7)之间的多个垫圈(13)具有小的摩擦系数以使得它们彼此能够轻易地滑动。
