Abstract

本实用新型公开的减振降噪电动机包括定子和转子,在定子的一端装置具有若干个支柱的塑料支架盘,支柱的顶端紧顶住定子铁芯的端面。该电动机通过支架盘与工作机械固定。由于本实用新型的减振降噪电动机将定子铁芯紧项在能小量压缩变形的塑料支柱上,因此可以吸收电机高速旋转时产生的振动,减小电机整体振动量,提高电机运转的稳定性,有效降低电机的工作噪声。可广泛用于需减振降噪的场合。

一种减振降噪电动机
本实用新型涉及一种电动机，尤其是用于吸尘器的电动机。
现有的吸尘器中，为了保证达到吸尘所需的吸力，其所用驱动电动机的转速都高达数万转/分，由此产生的振动及噪声相当大，减振降噪成为吸尘器中急需解决的问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种利于减振、降噪、增加运转稳定性的电动机。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的减振降噪电动机包括定子和转子，其特征是在定子的一端装置具有若干个支柱的塑料支架盘，其支柱的顶端紧顶住定子铁芯的端面。
由于本实用新型的减振降噪电动机将定子铁芯紧顶在能小量压缩变形的塑料支柱上，因此可以吸收电机高速旋转时产生的振动，减小电机整体振动量，提高电机运转的稳定性，有效降低电机的工作噪声。

2.按权利要求1所述的减振降噪电动机，其特征是所说的塑料支架盘[1]及其支柱[2]是用增强尼龙66浇注成形。
