Abstract

轮胎的轮圈构造,包含轮毂、轮框及气嘴,轮毂与轮框间由轮辐一体相连,轮框两侧周缘径向外扩形成止挡缘,轮框穿设一接孔,接孔一端开通轮框外周缘,另一端开通于轮框内周,气嘴包含外管、作动器,作动器设于该外管内;外管与该接孔螺合并在中段处径向膨胀形成多边形扳旋部;当气嘴损坏必需予以拆卸时,只需利用套筒扳手挚动扳旋部旋转,即可将气嘴自该接孔处退出,而装设气嘴时亦同,气嘴的拆、装极其方便。

轮圈构造
本实用新型系专用于免内胎式轮胎之轮圈构造,详而言之,其藉由气嘴配合轮框之构造,得以提高气嘴拆、装之方便性。
一般轮胎系套设于轮圈外周,而无内胎式轮胎约可分为充气胎及实心胎两类,其中,用于装设充气式轮胎之轮圈设有气嘴,藉以对轮胎充气;请参阅图1所示,该轮圈主要包含一轮毂1、一轮框2及该气嘴3,其中,该轮毂1与该轮框2间藉由轮幅4一体相连,该轮框2穿设一贯孔203连通该轮框2内、外周缘,供插设该气嘴3于该轮框2;该气嘴3包含一外管301、一球体302及一作动器303,其中,该外管301一端包设该球体302,该球体302贯穿一流道3022与该外管301连通,该作动器303设于该外管301内,据以控制空气得以单向通过该外管301流向该流道3022,于此,该作动器303与本实用新型无涉,且为相关技术者熟知,恕不详述其构成,该球体302球径大于该贯孔203内径,据此,该球体302抵靠于该轮框2外周,该外管301另一端凸伸于该轮框2周并螺设一螺帽304,供定位结合该气嘴3与该轮框2。
前述轮圈在套设轮胎于该轮框2后,空气得通过该外管301、该流道3022进入该轮框2与轮胎内壁之间,以对轮胎充气,而藉由该作动器303防止轮胎内部空气外泄;惟,前述轮圈在该气嘴3损坏需维修或更换时,往往必需先将轮胎自车辆轮轴处取下,再将轮胎一侧的胎唇剥离该轮框2,始能够在卸除该螺帽304后将该气嘴3抽离该贯孔203,该气嘴3的维修、更换作业相当麻烦,且必需由专业的技术人员进行作业。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种轮圈构造,其藉由气嘴之外螺管直接螺锁于轮框,而得以提高气嘴拆、装之方便性。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种轮圈构造,包含一轮毂、一轮框及一气嘴,该轮毂与该轮框间藉由轮幅一体相连,该轮框两侧周缘径向外扩分别形成止挡缘分别限止轮胎之胎唇,轮胎套设于该轮框外周;该轮框穿设一接孔,该接孔一端开通该轮框外周缘,其另一端开通于该轮框内周;该气嘴包含一外管、一作动器,该作动器设于该外管内;其特征在于:该外管外壁形成外螺纹段与该接孔螺合,且该外管约略于中段处径向膨胀形成一多边形之扳旋部。

请参阅图2、图3所示,本实用新型轮圈构造的较佳实施例,包含一轮毂10、一轮框20及一气嘴30,其中,该轮毂10与该轮框20间藉由轮幅40一体相连,该轮框20两侧周缘径向外扩分别形成止挡缘22,并据此于该各止挡缘22间形成凹陷部24,以利用该各止挡缘22分别限止轮胎之胎唇,供套设轮胎于该轮框20外周;该轮框20穿设一接孔26,该接孔26一端开通于该凹陷部24,其另一端开通于该轮框20内周,且于内壁形成内螺纹段262,该气嘴30包含一外管32及一作动器34,其中,该作动器34设于该外管32内,该外管32外壁形成外螺纹段322,且该外管32约略于中段处径向膨胀形成一六边形之扳旋部324,据此,该外螺纹段322与该内螺纹段262螺合,供该外管32螺设于该轮框20,以提高维修、更换之方便性;另,该外管32轴套一止泄垫圈36,该止泄垫圈36夹设于该扳旋部324与该轮框20间,供防止轮胎泄压并避免该外管32与该接孔26之螺合松动。
据上所述本实用新型较佳实施例,当该气嘴30损坏必需予以拆卸,以利维修、更换时,并不需要将轮胎连同轮圈自轮轴处卸除,亦不需要将轮胎胎唇自该轮框20剥出,只需利用套筒扳手挚动该扳旋部324旋转,即可将该气嘴30自该接孔26处退出,而装设该气嘴30时亦同,该气嘴30的拆、装极其方便,一般人士即可轻易进行维修、更换作业。

1.一种轮圈构造,包含一轮毂、一轮框及一气嘴,该轮毂与该轮框间藉由轮幅一体相连,该轮框两侧周缘径向外扩分别形成止挡缘分别限止轮胎之胎唇,轮胎套设于该轮框外周;该轮框穿设一接孔,该接孔一端开通该轮框外周缘,其另一端开通于该轮框内周;该气嘴包含一外管、一作动器,该作动器设于该外管内;其特征在于:该外管外壁形成外螺纹段与该接孔螺合,且该外管约略于中段处径向膨胀形成一多边形之扳旋部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮圈构造,其特征在于:该外管轴套一止泄垫圈,该止泄垫圈夹设于该扳旋部与该轮框间。
