Abstract

本实用新型是一种节能炊具,其特点是在烧水、做饭、炒菜用的炊具与炉火和高温烟气接触受热的外身周围设有吸热翅片,或使炊具外身呈有凹凸棱槽的齿轮状。吸热翅片或棱槽外沿围包导火罩圈,导火罩圈外可有绝热保温层。本实用新型节能炊具,炊事时能使火焰和高温烟气与炊具外身充分接触传热,热量不被散失,因而能节省热能,缩短炊事时间。

节能炊具
本实用新型涉及民用炊具。
现有的烧水壶、煮饭锅、压力锅、炒菜锅等炊具，在炊事时以其外身与炉火及高温烟气接触受热。由于接触面积有限，使得由炉口向上散射的火焰和高温烟气未能将热能充分传导于炊具而大量散失，造成热能的损失，既恶化了炊事环境，也延长了炊事时间。
本发明的目的就是要提供一种能充分吸收、利用炉灶热能，从而节省能源，缩短炊事时间的节能炊具。
为此而设计的节能炊具，其与炉火及高温烟气接触受热的外身周围有吸热翅片，吸热翅片外沿围包导火罩圈；或炊具外身呈有凹凸棱槽的齿轮状，棱槽外沿围包导火罩圈。如炊具为圆柱形平底锅，其导火罩圈下沿可超出锅底1-5厘米。
本实用新型节能炊具，在炊事时从炉口散射的火焰和高温烟气先接触炊具底部并沿炊具底部向外发散，并在导火罩圈的阻拦和导引下沿炊具外身上行，在上行过程中与炊具外身及吸热翅片充分接触，将热量传导给炊具，从而达到节省热能，缩短炊事时间的目的。
为彻底避免热能散失，导火罩圈外还可敷设绝热保温层。

如图1所示，节能水壶的外身1周围有吸热翅片2，吸热翅片2外沿围包有导火罩圈3，导火罩圈3外敷设有绝热保温材料层4，导火罩圈3及绝热保温材料层4下沿超过炊具底部1-3公分。
如图2、图3所示，蒸锅的外身1呈带凹凸棱槽7的齿轮状，棱槽7外沿围包导火罩圈3，导火罩圈3外有绝热保温层4。

1、节能炊具，炊具外身与炉火及高温烟气接触受热，其特征在于所说的炊具外身周围有吸热翅片，吸热翅片外沿围包导火罩圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能炊具，其特征在于所说的炊具外身呈带凹凸棱槽的齿轮状，棱槽外沿围包导火罩圈。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的节能炊具，其特征在于所说的导火罩圈外有绝热保温层。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的节能炊具，其特征在于所说的炊具为圆柱形平底锅，所说的导火罩圈下沿超出于锅底1至5厘米。
