本实用新型是一种节约能源的散煤采暖炉,其特点是炉胆为燃烧性能和导热性能俱佳的倒锥台形铸铁炉胆,炉胆外围及炉口周围设直接吸热水套,炉胆与直接吸热水套之间的空腔构成连接炉口与烟囱的折返式排烟吸热通道。本实用新型散煤采暖炉炉温高,热交换性能好,供暖水温可达90℃以上。

Description

一种散煤采暖炉
本实用新型涉及民用煤炉,即一种散煤采暖炉。
现有散煤采暖炉一般都是通过在炉体内的水套进行热交换。由于现有炉胆均由热传导性能很差的耐火材料制成,而从炉口排出的高温烟气又不经过炉体内的水套,导致水套热交换能力低下,采暖效果很差。
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种燃烧彻底、炉温高、热交换能力强的节能散煤采暖炉。
为达发明目的而设计的散煤采暖炉,炉膛外围设有带回水管和出水管的水套,其形成炉膛的炉胆为倒锥台形铸铁炉胆。炉胆外围及炉口周围设置直接吸热水套,炉胆与直接吸热水套之间构成连接炉口与烟囱的折返式排烟吸热通道。折返式排烟烟囱下方的排烟通道外围也有水套,排烟通道下部有除尘通道。
本实用新型由于采用倒锥台形铸铁炉胆,因而炉温高、燃烧彻底,节省燃煤,热能能直接辅射、传导至直接吸热水套,热交换快而充分,加之从炉口排放的高温烟气经折返式排烟吸热通道能充分彻底的将热量传递给直接吸热水套,热交换效率更高。经检测,水套出水温度可达90℃以上。
以下结合附图实施例描述本实用新型。

如图1所示,本实用新型散煤采暖炉炉胆3为倒锥台形铸铁炉胆,炉胆3外围及炉口5周围设直接吸热水套1、9,炉胆3与直接吸热水套1、9之间的空间构成连接炉口5与烟囱11的折返式排烟吸热通道2,炉口5上方一侧有直接排烟通道10通烟囱11。排烟通道8周围有水套12与直接吸热水套1、9相通,水套12上有出水管19,下有回水管20与暖气片相通。炉体14内有保温层13。做饭时,炊具置于炉上口6,炉膛4内的高温烟气上升,大部分经烟道10直接排入烟囱11。采暖时,用压盖封住炉口5,炉膛4内的高温烟气即全部经由炉口5一侧的通孔7进入排烟吸热通道2和排烟通道8,将热量完全传递给吸热水套1、9、12后,再从烟囱11排烟。排烟通道8下部有除尘通道15,可防止烟尘堵塞。炉篦16下的灰斗18炉门17。

1、一种散煤采暖炉,炉膛外围设有带回水管和出水管的水套,其特征在于形成炉膛的炉胆为倒锥台形铸铁炉胆,炉胆外围及炉口周围设直接吸热水套,炉胆与直接吸热水套之间的空间构成连接炉口与烟囱的折返式排烟吸热通道。
2、根据权利要求1所述的散煤采暖炉,其特征在于所说的烟囱下方的排烟吸热通道外围亦有水套,排烟通道下部有除尘口。
