为解决用于幕、墙或屋顶上的太阳能电池组件,既具有太阳能发电功能,又能够使太阳光线透过太阳能电池组件,照射到室内,将若干块太阳能电池板串并联后组成一块较大的太阳能电池板,每两块太阳能电池板组合时,在相邻边之间和对角之间,留有间隙,组合后的太阳能电池板上、下层,用透明的聚醋乙酯(EVA)粘胶固定,在最下层,用透明的聚四氟乙稀复合材料(TPT)粘胶固定,在最上层,用钢化玻璃粘胶固定,便形成具有透光功能的透光太阳能电池组件,这种太阳能电池组件,用于屋顶,太阳光线可以从许多小块太阳能电池板之间的间隙,透射到室内;用于办公室内的幕、墙,既可以把室外光线照射到室内,又可避免室内全部暴露于室外。

背景技术
在市场上用于住它、办公楼的幕、墙或屋顶上的太阳能幕墙玻璃,都是不透光的,用于屋顶虽然可以取得廉价的太阳能发电带来的电能,但是住宅内却透射不到明亮的太阳光,使具有现代化太阳能玻璃屋顶的的居室美中不足。
发明内容
为解决用于幕、墙或屋顶上的太阳能电池组件,既具有太阳能发电功能,又能够使太阳光线透过太阳能电池组件,照射到室内,其解决方案是:将若干块太阳能电池板串并联后组成一块较大的太阳能电池板,每两块太阳能电池板组合时,在相邻边之间和对角之间,留有间隙,组合后的太阳能电池板上、下层,用透明的聚醋乙脂(EVA)粘胶固定,在最下层,用透明的聚四氟乙稀复合材料(TPT)粘胶固定,在最上层,用钢化玻璃粘胶固定,便形成具有透光功能的透光太阳能电池组件,这种太阳能电池组件,用于屋顶,太阳光线可以从许多小块太阳能电池板之间的间隙,透射到室内;用于办公室内的幕、墙,既可以把室外光线照射到室内,又可避免室内全部暴露于室外。

请参阅附图所示,若干块太阳能电池板4,串并联后组成一块较大的太阳能电池板1,每两块太阳能电池板4组合时,在相邻边之间留有间隙6,在对角5之间,留有间隙5,组合后的太阳能电池板1上、下层,用聚醋乙脂(EVA)2粘胶固定,在最下层,用透明的聚四氟乙稀复合材料7(TPT)粘胶固定,在最上层,用钢化玻璃3粘胶固定,便形成具有透光功能的太阳能电池组件,用这种太阳能电池板做幕墙或屋顶,光线可从太阳能电池板之间的间隙5、6透过,照射到室内。

1,一种透光太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:将若干块太阳能电池板串并联后组成一块较大的太阳能电池板,每两块太阳能电池板组合时,在相邻边之间和对角之间,留有间隙,组合后的太阳能电池板上、下层,用透明的聚醋乙脂(EVA)粘胶固定,在最下层,用透明的聚四氟乙稀复合材料(TPT)粘胶固定,在最上层,用钢化玻璃粘胶固定。
