本实用新型涉及埋刮板输送机上无载分支刮板链条的支撑机构,属于埋刮板输送机技术领域。
埋刮板输送机上无载分支刮板链条的支撑采用导轨。由于链条与导轨之间为滑动摩擦,增大埋刮板输送机的噪音,加快刮板链条的磨损,浪费能耗;若导轨的接口处不平或错位,造成链条的卡死、停机,甚至造成刮板链条的断裂,产生很严重的后果。目前采用的有齿托轮支撑,由于刮板链条的直线运动带动托轮的转动,链条与托轮的啮合造成刮板链条在托轮上有节奏的跳动,造成塑料耐磨刮板与链条连接螺栓的松动、脱落,塑料耐磨刮板的脱落,使链条卡死,严重影响埋刮板输送机的使用寿命,并造成埋刮板输送机的支撑基础或桁架的振动,产生严重的隐患。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种刮板机运行平稳且能耗小的埋刮板输送机的支撑机构。
本实用新型包括小轴、轴套,轴套上设置托轮,特点是托轮的径向设有凸台。
本实用新型结构紧凑,生产制造容易,成本低,具有以下特点:(1)、机构装、拆方便;(2)、无载分支刮板链条由托轮支撑,其中凸台可以作为刮板链条的导向用,当刮板链条的直线运动时,托轮随之绕小轴转动;(3)、由于在转动过程中,托轮的半径始终保持不变,故刮板链条在运动中不存在任何跳动,刮板链条运转平衡,埋刮板输送噪音低,能耗低。

附图为本实用新型的一种结构示意图。图中,1小轴、2轴套、3托轮。
托轮3的中部中心设有轴套2配合的孔,在其外表,延径向设置凸台,凸台位于托轮3轮宽的中部。托轮3通过轴套2连接在小轴1上。
