本实用新型属冲孔装置。目前在国内外生产的变压器铁心横剪线中,冲孔装置的导柱与导套之间采用的是滑动配合,模具柄为圆柱柄,它与安装孔之间是间隙配合。因此,要保证很小的冲切毛刺,导柱与导套以及模具与其安装孔之间的配合精度要求非常高。国内的普遍加工条件很难保证其精度要求。本实用新型是在导柱与导套之间安装一个镶有滚珠的金属套,金属套上的滚珠可灵活转动,当导柱上下运动时,金属套上的滚珠在导柱与导套之间滚动,由于滚珠的直径略大于导柱与导套之间的间隙,因此,它与导柱和导套是过盈的,这样就消除了导向间隙。模具采用圆锥柄,上端紧固于导柱安装孔内。这样就消除了模具与安装孔之间的间隙,同时降低了加工难度。从而保证了冲孔精度。

本实用新型属机械类冲压装置。
背景技术
变压器制造设备中的变压器铁心横剪线冲孔冲床的冲孔装置,一般由床身、导套、导柱、模具组成。该装置可用于加工变压器铁心片上冲孔。由于变压器电器性能的需要,在变压器铁心叠片的加工过程中要求冲孔毛刺非常小,以免在铁心片之间产生涡流,或损坏绝缘件,这是变压器生产中一个至关重要的特性。因此,为保证减小毛刺,模具的安装及上下运动时的导向要求非常高。目前,在国内外生产的变压器铁心横剪线冲孔装置中导柱与导套之间采用的是滑动配合,模具柄为圆柱柄,它与安装孔之间是间隙配合。因此,要保证很小的冲切毛刺,导柱与导套以及模具与其安装孔之间的配合精度要求就非常高,国内现有加工条件很难保证这一精度要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是要消除导柱与导套之间以及模具柄与导柱安装孔之间的间隙,降低加工难度,减小冲孔毛刺,保证变压器的电器性能。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在导柱与导套之间安装一个镶有滚珠的金属套,金属套上的滚珠可灵活转动,当导柱上下运动时,金属套上的滚珠在导柱和导套之间滚动,由于滚珠的直径略大于导柱与导套之间的间隙,因此它与导柱和导套是过盈的,这样就完全消除了导向间隙。模具采用圆柱柄,上端用螺丝紧固于导柱圆锥安装孔内。这样,就消除了模具与安装孔之间的间隙。
通过以上改进,改变了导柱与导套之间、模具与导柱之间的配合方式,这种配合方式降低了加工难度,又达到了消除它们相互配合间的间隙,使冲孔毛刺大大减小,从而保证了变压器生产所需的性能要求。

  具体实施方式
实施例见附图1。在导套(1)和导柱(3)之间安装金属滚珠套(2),金属套可以是铜套,套上的滚珠(5)直径略大于导柱与导套之间的间隙,当导柱(3)上下运动时,滚珠套(2)中的滚珠(5)将在导柱(3)与导套(1)之间滚动。模具(4)采用圆锥柄,上端用螺丝紧固于导柱安装孔内,这样就消除了导柱与导套之间以及模具与导柱安装孔之间的间隙,从而保证了模具上下运动时不会出现摆动造成模具损伤而产生的毛刺更大。使用这一冲孔装置,加工变压器铁心片时,毛刺可以小于0.02mm。

1变压器铁心横剪线中的冲孔装置,由床身、导套、导柱、模具组成,其特征是在导柱与导套之间安装一个镶有滚珠的金属套。
2如权利要求1所述的冲孔装置,其特征是模具为圆锥柄,其上端紧固于导柱安装孔内。
3如权利要求1所述的冲孔装置,其特征是滚珠套上的滚珠直径略大于导柱与导套之间的间隙。
